Everything was so comfortable, clean and the food was so perfect and delicious. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this mini hotel. My children liked how it was near the Eiffel tower. We definitely would love to come back in the nearest future, however, this hotel is so busy but it definitely worth it😊

Constant communication with the owner. Quickly responded to my questions. They were waiting on us to arrive. We were greeted like we were family. Drinks and snacks were shared with us as we welcomed to their home We did not have the correct the correct converters, so they quickly found two we could use during our stay Coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, juice were available throughout our stay at no extra charge Robes and house shoes, and a towel warmer were great amenities for the bathroom. Our bed was very comfortable. The room was very refreshing and comfortable. Very low noise level, which provided a great sleep I cannot say enough wonderful things about these accommodations! When we came for breakfast, our table was ready and the chef was eager and friendly to make our breakfast great. We loved the fresh squeezed orange juice, variety of cheese, bread and jams. We even had bottle water to take on our tours♥️. If you ever have the privilege to visit Paris, don’t miss out on this extraordinary Bed and Breakfast. They will be our choice the next time we are in Paris♥️

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

We loved this property! From the charming 1912 lobby elevator, the incredible family and staff working behind the scenes to ensure you have a wonderful experience, the beautiful room, delicious breakfast, snacks and beverages anytime needed to the 13 minute walk to the eiffel tower. This place has it all! Definitely will be back! Thank you Margaux, family and staff.

Air conditioner remote was missing. No smart TV. However, stayed only for 1 night so these things didn't bother us much.

Excellent hospitality by Phillipe and Margot. Enjoyed the breakfast, drinks, and the freshly sqeezed orange juice. The complimentary macarons were delicious. Shower was massive, hair dryer was provided. Phillipe and Margot offered great advice on food and gift shopping.

Beautiful house - staying here feels like real, authentic Paris. Situated right in the center of Paris: most of the important buildings, museums, Eiffel Tower etc. in walking distance.

Fabulous location, 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Which is then also good for hop on and off bus. Lovely room, family couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

Great location, wonderful two bedroom/one bath for our family. Staff was so flexible and helpful. So close to the Eiffel Tower and multiple train stations. Breakfast was wonderful every morning.

Excellent location, very friendly and very clean! We walked to the Eiffel Tower within minutes. Walk to the metro. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety! Very comfortable for a family with two separate rooms.

The rooms are spacious with updated bathrooms but the older details were maintained in the rooms to give it a very classic look. The breakfast was delicious! The owners are very polite and attentive.

The bed was extremely comfortable; the shower was fantastic; the freshly made food for breakfast was delicious; I particularly recommend the omelette made to order; the restaurant recommendations were also excellent.

This B&B is absolutely lovely. The innkeeper could not have been kinder or more responsive. The location is amazing, a single block walk to all the shops and restaurants on the main streets.

Leo and Phillip were so wonderful! They have beautiful rooms and gathering area for breakfast and conversation. They took care of whatever we needed. If you want to stay in a first class place with the Eiffel Tower 3 blocks away then this is your place!!

This was easily the most hospitable I have ever been welcomed at a hotel in my whole life. If the facilities were half as good, the place would still be well worth the money, as long as it's run by these wonderful people.

The property is amazing and makes you feel at home while in Paris. The location is perfect. Just a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, the metro stations, and restaurants. The owners were welcoming and so helpful throughout our time there. The breakfast was excellent. This made our stay in Paris even better. You could say the icing on the cake. You could not ask for a better location to stay. We will definitely be staying there again.
