The location is it bit of a far walk for someone to get to town but it was no problem for me having a car.

Beautiful view of the bay and the city, staff was very nice and accommodating even with a bit of language barrier. I felt like family, and the dinners were amazing.

The happy friendly atmosphere of the hostel was very uplifting. The attentiveness of the staff and volunteers was particularly heartwarming. All very clean. The food amazing. Really good value for money.

It’s a steep walk up the hill, but that’s how you get the view and I hitched a ride half way up. The tent flapped a bit in the wind but hey that’s what tents do and by night 3 I didn’t notice it.😂 Booked for 1 night stayed 3 that’s how good it is😉

This place is great. Amazing view, good food, helpful staff and not too fancy so it’s good value for money. It’s still a hostel so you have shared rooms or in our case a shared tent and shared bathrooms, basic but clean. But it has a great vibe resulting in people connecting, chatting and getting to know each other. Do yourself a favour, take the dinner option and join a table, you’ll be glad you did.

VERY friendly staff, excellent meals, good service overall and as a bonus: if you are there on a Sunday, the staff takes all guests for a pic-nic at a stunning rocky beach-front with again excellent food and drinks and an unforgettable sunset!

It was far from the city center and there was no transport. When we booked the place it said dinner was included in the fee, but this was not true, and we were charged extra 12€ for dinner, without previous warning.

The sense of community inside the Albergue. The beautiful view from the terrace, and the simpathy from the staff.

Nothing I can think of !

I came by boat to Calvi and they kindly picked me up at the port. Stayed two nights but wished I had stayed longer. Best dinners and breakfasts I have had in a while (amazing cook!!). And the spirit of the volunteers in the hostel makes you feel like home (or even better). They even helped me to make it to my 8am flight on a Sunday morning even though there were no taxis. 100% recommended!! I will be back soon!

hostel is run by volunteers which draws the traveler into its daily flow. around 30min from the beach and 45min from the town center. beautiful view and “travel” atmosphere.

There is a good distance from the beach and centre but the walk is worth the night life and stunning beach.with a bit of a uphill walk to return to the hostel

The staff are amazing, so splendidly kind and willing to joke around. Whenever I needed help or had a question the staff were happy to help or try their best to get me an answer. Along with that the meals are amazing and the ambiance spectacular. Meals are eaten family style providing the perfect opportunity to meet other people staying at the hostel. The meals price is very affordable for a hot meal and filling. Along with a sense of community cleaning your dishes and playing cards after dinner.

maybe, when it's packed, you gotta wait in queue for the restrooms consider that is a beautiful place on top of a hill, 2 km from the centre, no problem if you got a car or moto, on foot is an experience

location is a gem, beautiful staff is easygoing and welcoming beds are super comfy dinner is a chance to meet other travellers againthe view is worth gold and the staff is superb
