Absolutely amazing appartment in Rennes. The train station is just opposite, 2 minutes away. The city centre is a short distance by walk in a nice area. The appartment is perfect, absolutely clean and in a great condition, equiped by a kitchen corner. Comfy double bed in a great size, very nice modern bathroom. The staff is absolutely kind and helpfull. We loved the place.

There is no allocated parking at the property (or it’s not clear if it’s okay to park down the cul-de-sac - lots of tow away signs); however, you can drop luggage off although the space is quite tight. There is a station car park directly opposite the property, which is handy but expensive €24 ish for 24 hrs. Or metered road parking at a similar cost. We opted to park on an unmetered street approx 20 min walk away. Be aware that there are some major roadworks along the main one way access street at present (April 2024), which look like they will be around for sometime. It wasn’t a biggy and there was no noise disruption - but just a heads up.

Modern, well equipped studio apartment close to Rennes Station/Metro and a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Tucked away off the main road so nice and quiet. Close to some excellent restaurants. Keyless entry system. Great communication from the host - really helpful and answered all of our questions.

No lift. Had to carry luggages up 3 flights of stairs. Should be made clearer that this is a walk-up.

Narrow stairs. Not suitable if you have big luggages as there is no lift. Not sure if it was us, but the trash in our room was not cleared during our stay, I think they only do it at the end.

Easy to locate 5 minutes walk away from the main train station and the main bus station. 15 minute walk away from the places of interest. Great location to be in. Quiet area next to office building and private apartments. Even better with a Taco place which serves up very delicious tacos just a stones throw away from the apartment. Definitely a place to recommend. The room which we stayed did not have air conditioning only a fan, not sure if would be hot if in the summer.

What could be better is luggage storage (currently there is none, so you need to do it in another parent hotel) and maybe noise isolation.

My entry code provided by the place did not work. I had to call to reset and got a new one. It is a bit loud when you keep windows open. Our windows were facing an alley, not a garden.

The location was near the Gare, which was convenient, but didn’t feel quite as safe as another neighborhood might have.
