The noise. With windows closed we could still hear people parting down on the street (and we were in the 5th floor). Also, the doors of other rooms would make a hell of a noise as they would hit when they close on their own. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, i ended up sleeping very little :(

We booked a comfort room, but cosy is a better word. The room was functional but really very small, a desk squeezed into a cubby hole beside the door and only enough room otherwise to walk around the bed. The location was fine and close to a metro line, but if travelling again to Lyon we would place ourselves closer to an area of bars and restaurants as this is more in the shopping district.

Modern finish to the rooms, it was clean and quiet and we slept well. Friendly staff at check in and checkout.

Shame the hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there are a couple of public car parks within a short walking distance.

It's a very nice hotel in the middle of downtown Lyon. Restaurants, bars and cafes as well as buses and trains are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and can be reached on foot. The room was a bit small from my point of view, but always very clean and well-kept. On request, I had a room with a window facing the courtyard on the fifth floor, so it was absolutely quiet even at night. Particularly noteworthy are the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they had always a smile on their faces. Keep it up!! Should I be in Lyon again by business reasons, I will definitely check in here again.

Our room was a little darker because of a concrete courtyard view, but that meant it was a very quiet room which was wonderful.

This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Lyon. Close to metro, restaurants and shops and sights to see in Lyon. The hotel was clean and convenient and met our needs perfectly.

Nothing as such, I found the toilet a bit weird placed (but it was not a big issue)

The room was well-sized for one person and also if you intend (like me) to only sleep and have a washroom for a stay. The toilet was a bit weird were you had to sit with your knees angled to the right. I am not very tall hence it was fine. The location was great and the staff are very nice.
