Can only use laundry in a small time frame in the afternoon, which is annoying if you want to be out. Neighbourhood isn’t the greatest. Room was quite dark. Owner wasn’t great at replying to messages promptly.

Terrace was really nice. Free washer and dryer. Cleaner was kind to us.

Mattress was way too soft. Shower was incredibly small and therefore a very tight fit. No socket near the bed.

Close to bus station. Quiet area.

Location of property didn’t appear desirable, surrounding rubbish and close proximity to railway lines, however our stay was quiet and felt quite safe.

Great value for money. Prompt and efficient communication. Well equipped kitchen facilities for self catering.☺️👍

The accommodation managers were never attentive to my arrival and never gave me instructions on how to get my room keys. When I arrived they would not answer the phone and I was left on the street with my luggage for hours until some guests helped me. Despite this they never apologised and after paying the tourist tax for the days of my stay they asked for it again weeks after the end of my trip. Control and concern for the guests is terrible and in the bathroom there is practically no soap to wash with.

The location of the accommodation in the city center is good

Nothing that I really disliked at the moment of being there, everything was neat and clean, it felt cosy and at home - however, later lodgings I stayed at during my tour showed additional rating context, so to speak. Some offered a bottle of water in the fridge, some offered washing soap. It's nothing I couldn't cope with, but definitely a very nice add-on.

I liked that it was a mini studio with its own, fully equipped (fridge, pots, cutlery, sink, etc) kitchenette which opened some budget-level eat-in options. Had I stayed for longer, I would have probably taken advantage of the charming patio, but I was out during the daytime.

I wouldn't stay here again due to location, but everything else was fine. (don't feel safe walking alone at night, neighbourhood is quiet and dark)

It was a decent size, and not a far walk from Saint Charles Station. However location wasn't great, felt like the backstreets and were quiet and dark I wouldn't feel safe walking here alone. Key process was simple and easy - I just communicated my arrival time (late) before arriving. Room was spacious but in comparison bed was small, it was a double but if you're sharing with someone you're not in a relationship with it can feel quite small (even a different orientation in the room would make it feel bigger). Has a small kitchenette with pots, cutlery and crockery but no essentials like salt, oil etc

The location. It was quite far from the city and the neighborhood was relatively dirty. Also the room was a little bit mirthless, no colors or anything.

There was everything you would need in the room. Fridge, microwave, oven, showers, coffee maker, blackout curtains and stove to mention but a few. Also we visited there in august and the room temperature was suprisingly suitable

Quiet location. The big terrace made it feel more roomy. Bit of a hike down to the old port - about 40 minutes

We had a big terrace at the back of the room. There’s a good bar 2 doors down that does nice food.

No fan or ac which makes the room so hot and humid at nights. We could not open a window or door as then people could see us ( with better curtain will be ok ). Sound proof is bad . Bed is terrible and need to be change as we both had pain everywhere because of it

I like the facilities like washing machine, ironing, small kitchen which is good. With nice garden. Location is quite okay, it’s quite and not far from the center, close to the station. Also, the girl is quite helpful

I would have given a 9 out of 10, but some of the utilities didn't work in our kitchenette. We ate soaked pasta instead of cooked pasta :D. That's what you get when you want to travel lowcost.

The appartment/studio we rented was l9cated in the 4th arondissement, which is one of the older neighbourhoods of Marseille. It is llovely to stroll towards the cafés at the squares...The subway is some 10 minutes away. The appartment was neat and tidy. It was superhot during our stay and we survived our nights thanks to the fan. There's no airco. The studio has a beautiful garden and terrace that is accessible to everyone I would have given a 9 out of 10, but some of the utilities didn't work in our kitchenette. Note, the location isn’t especially near the port and historical centre. Fine if you like walking, about 25 minutes from train station and 40 from old port/town. No air con or fans in rooms: it’s very hot in summer.

The property is clean. It’s very very simple, you get what you pay for here, but there’s a fridge, sink, tv, towels etc. this is all welcome for the price you’re paying. The arrangements for late arrival, keys and codes etc all very efficient.

Location is awful. The local sorting train station is just behind your window, so it gets quite noisy from time to time. Plus the area around the apartment does not feel safe at all, especially at night. Wouldn`t recommend to solo travelers.

Very clean room with all basic necessary facilities. Good price to quality ratio.

nothing in special, maybe see the owner. But i love It the room.

Close to the centre of Marseille ( environ 25min on foot) , Is a cozy room with all the things: kitchen for cooking, small bathroom, TV etc.). You can Cook and be Independent. There Is a small bar near the residence call "the flash", you can drink a beer close to the room. It Is in a silent street so you can sleep good in the room

It was so hot in the room that even a fan that was available there didn't help much (but certainly saved our lives still), so it might be uncomfortable to sleep there during the night in summer. The shower is super smol with some very inconvenient door mechanism. Also our appartment (21) floor was downhill kinda and there was a storm during the night and half of the room got flooded with water (most likely from a different flat because the floor under our window was dry and we closed it for the night too). Had to clean up the water by ourselves as I couldn't find anyone in the building at that time in the morning (so a person next-door let us borrow a mop).

Nice place to stay at with low budget with all needed appliances and a small kitchenette and fridge, that was very appreciated. The owners communicated pretty fast via messages and being able to get the keys and then leave them in a post box made things easy and very convenient as we had to check out at 3am.

The staff understands 0 english words, so it might be difficult if you don't understand french at all. The shower and toilet room was very cramped and small. There was no air conditioning, the room got extremely hot. The terrace shown in pictures is horrible - filled with mosquitos and serves no purpose but to have a smoke. Overall, if you are looking for comfort, this is not the place to stay, however it is worth the value and is quite cheap and pretty nice for the price you pay.

The place is rather close to a center and was very clean. Definitely expected worse for such a low price. The beds were comfortable and the room had fridge with a mini kitchen which was nice. Overall, nice place for a cheap price, especially considering it being close to center.

You can gather from what I have written that I felt deceived and messaged the owner so. In the end, we did get 2 days in the promised accommodation and it was pleasant. This place is an example of what I all a "set and forget" property whereby the owner sets up his place and just let's it tick over, using an efficient cleaner and effective manager, who was "Antoinette" whilst we were there. The cooking plate was defective and during use, heated the entire kitchenette area, including the sink. It did not turn off, until one of the co-residents had an idea and fixed it (for now). A beach is some kilometres distant. I do not recommend parking your car on the street: just look at the condition of those that are so parked.

The room was on the second floor and very different from the illustraztion on the website. At that address there are 34 rooms, some occupied by long-term tenants. The cosy structure that features on the website is only one of 34 at that address. When you book, you are not told which of the 34 you are going to get and as I did not know the property, I did not ask. The one illustrated in number 6. The others are anything from a couple of sheds to rooms on up to four floors by old stairs. The location was good and if you ignore the trains boing into St Charles, the main train station of Marseille. quiet., Costly but secure parking available: one spot as far as I could see.
