Deco was of a low quality as it is understandable as the hotel is going through the referb, the worst thing, which was shocking to us, was having to, at the end of the stay, clean your own rubbish from the room and put it in the container outside the hotel, I haven't experienced such before

There was no cleaning in the days that we where there, and so we had a full basket of garbage in the end. There was no filling of the coffeemilk etc.

The beds where a bit hard, but it was good enough, room was good, bathroom was good. Location was perfect.

The room, especially the bed, wasn’t very clean. There were hairs and nails of previous guests still laying around. The showerhead kelt falling of the wall and the toilet kept (vert loudly) refilling itself with water throughout the night. We’re also still waiting for our deposit to be returned to us (our stay was 2 months ago).

The location was great, we went to Disney and it was perfectly located for this purpose. The room was what we expected, a little old - but we were told they were renovating some of the rooms and I think we slept in one that wasn’t updated yet.

The noise of the renovations going on. They started just after 9am but they were so loud we thought it was next door to us but later found out it was down the hall. They raised the security deposit from €100 to €150 but didn’t let us know prior until the day before we arrived also not making us aware of the renovations going on during our stay.

The property was very convenient for visiting Disney and La Valle Village. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a renovated room which was lovely and clean, perfect for a couple. Included a good size kitchen and lovely balcony. We used Bolt most of the time as was more convenient than the bus or taxis… also cheaper

We was not informed building works were happening on the Monday of our stay which made it impossible to get our baby down for a nap as the drilling was so extremely loud he was too scared to sleep and was very distressed. (This is not an everyday occurrence obviously this was just our experience unfortunately) you also are expected to leave the place clean and tidy but not given any means to do so unless you pay.

The room was extremely clean and very modern, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was equipped with everything that was needed for the stay.

Shower doesn't stay on the wall, it constantly falls down and the amount of water that comes out of it is unsifficient. The beds are also a bit small and the room lacks good curtains.

Perfect location! It takes 10 minutes to get to Dlp by car, kitchen is big enough to cook and make sandwiches, bathroom was big enough and the room was perfect for a family of 4. Everything was clean and the staff is super friendly too. Great budget option if you're visiting Disneyland!

One lift working in the building. Lighting, one main light works in the bedroom, and the other switch didn't do anything. Table under TV has 1 plug socket but you cannot insert an adapter for UK use, and use appliances. TV has limited channels; no BBC news, and channels 1-5 do not work, but a separate set of channels (6+) restart at 1 so TV1 is accessible. TV remote struggles at times to change channel, unless you are low to the bed to get the right angle for the infrared signal. Plug sockets in weird locations: Two at the bedside but inaccessible for travellers to use. One where the radiator is, which I used a fair bit. Two on the other side of the wall in the kitchen, but right near the sink which is a health hazard. One near the door but no table to charge devices. Blind shutters only go down, not up. The twister pole to send the shutters up doesn't seem to work. (Ran out of space for the positives) - Breakfast: The orange juice doesn't taste like proper orange juice; it's more like a combo of orange and peach. Apple juice is green apple juice, not like the red apple juice that I'm used to in England. No complaints here. I like green apples, just different tastes. The milk tastes like those tiny sachets you get with coffee and tea. Again, basic for breakfast and not worth the €10 fee for adults (€8 for kids) Toast is small sizes, but they do have full baguettes and pan au chocolat (fresh crusty ones, not the pre-packaged ones or the mini ones you find in UK hotels) The only fruit I saw was green apples. They had this biscottes pocket from brioche pasquier. It tastes like a wheat cracker. Quite nice 🙂 you get X2. CCTV is in the breakfast room, and the artwork is Disney; Mickey & Minnie under leaves protecting from the rain. And Walt Disney World Castle. Also a giant clock for 'Au Petit Cafe'.

Check in process was straightforward. Room was located right by lifts which was great. Bed is comfortable. Double sized, hard and soft pillows provided. Wardrobe has hangers and an air con unit. Oil filled radiator was plugged in when I entered so room was warm. Microwave straightforward to use. Just turn the timer on for a short while. Kettle and stove also provided. Some markings on the wall but I'm perfectly okay with that. Kitchen bin has X2 bin liners which is great. I guess more can be requested from reception. Bedside lamps work if plugged in. Information guide on table is useful including WiFi code which is free and fairly strong. Dustpan & brush available in kitchen. Plus cold fridge, cutlery, ladel, saucepans, cutter board, plates. Bowls. Glasses & cups. Kitchen has a trash bin that you have to empty yourself as cleaning doesn't happen unless you pay €49 for a service. This is optional. Dishwater kit including washing up liquid available for €2 (again optional). Fire safety on the door as well as general info on hotel maintenance. Coffee / tea sachets on the table for use with the kettle, but I don't drink tea or coffee XD Bathroom: Small bin at door, as well as broom. Radiator for towels and X2 toilet paper. Standard toilet, shelving unit. Sink with cupboard underneath and more storage space. X2 lights above sink. Shower: Set the temperature of the shower first using the tap. Note that when you switch to the showerhead, the temperature may adjust so set the temperature in the bath first so you don't burn yourself. Shower gel is strong lemongrass (I think). Shower connector is a bit flimsy but once in place it's okay. There is a railing for the bath, but getting out is a bit difficult so take care. Plug socket below shelving unit and above toilet. And two light switches control both lights separately (sink and main) Breakfast: I did kindly get my water bottle refilled so I can keep that chilled in the fridge.

Lack of utensils and had to put kettle on the floor to plug it in. Extractor is too low I kept hitting my head on it. No plug or bowl for the sink to be able to wash the pots.and no toaster. Bed settee is a bit stained and not very comfortable. Lighting could be better.

Very basic but clean. Ours wasn't one of the rooms that has been updated but was fine for us. I slept like a log. Location is good bus stop right outside straight to Disney. Enough room for 6. Bus also goes to Aldi but Aldi does not sell the sane things as English Aldi.. staff were great and helpful. Was explained thete could be noise as work was being carried out but didn't bother us we were going out everyday anyway. Dining room looked great although we didnt use it.

There are No restaurants nearby, only Pizza though it was good. The building needs more lights and urgent renovation as it was old. Broken shower handle and supporter

It's quite dated and although our rooms were clean they were old and tatty however we just needed a bed for the evening, they take 50 euros per room which gets refunded ( apparently) but can take up to 60 days 😳. If the hotel was anywhere else it would be much cheaper but you're paying for proximity to Disneyland.

Check in was quick and easy, parking was a plenty. There's a pizza place right next to hotel to grab some food from which was tasty enough. We were only there for one night ( 12 hours ) it was a little hard to find in the dark as the sign is small but the location is great to be near Disneyland.
