I, personally, don’t like the climate control with ventilation system common for the whole building, but this is typical for such big buildings. There is, though, a possibility to open the window, if it is warm enough outside.

We were traveling for business and the location was a crucial argument, for us it was perfect. In general, the hotel is freshly equipped, modern style, everything was as expected from the description and photos, clean, tidy, with all necessary cutlery, etc. — great for refreshing before the next working day. The breakfast was exceptionally nice.

take a deposit for the rooms about which we didn't know.. even after 3 weeks didn't get back. they said is a problem with our bank. maybe! we asked the bank and theu said we will get back in maximum 30 days. The hotel said , all new customers pay deposit at first check in. i think is something else . probably about nationality .was a similar case on tv.in front of us it was an asiatic group. i asked them and they didn't pay deposit .apart of this , the hotel is fine.

Just a thing to look after is a shower cabinet door. When you open, there is a little space to go in a and out. Handle touches the wall and makes mark. It is just a type of a design, but it is a pity to damage a wall, so something to just be mindful.

Modern and nice hotel. Amazing breakfast! It also has a restaurant which I recommend to visit for a dinner. Very nice location, next to the European Parliament. You can follow the river and you will reach center having a pleasant walk, Else you can take a bus or a tram. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's a little far from the center, but we didn't have any problems since we rented a car..

The rooms were very clean, large and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite sufficient and nice. Employees are caring and friendly. Free parking area is available near the hotel.

There is too small breakfast room, so we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to get a table.

The location was great, next to the venue where the vine and cognac exposition was held. There are also some free parking places on the street, as well as good tram connections to downtown Straßburg.

The fitness room didn't have any space or mats for individual practice. One bulb was missing, water leaking on the floor from the shower.

1 Reception for two Marriot hotels in 1 building is a bit confusing and creates some waiting at the elevators. Hotel charges 50euro/night 'warrantee', handed back in case of 'good behavior/no damage'. Longer stay (good?) customers are less trusted (?) and have hence to pay up more caution. We paid 4 days upfront, showing trust in the hotel, and got distrust upon arrival, advancing 200 euro extra 'guarantee'. rooms are only cleaned after 3 days or upon request (as explained at arrival. I found a cup of a previous occupant under the bed.

Spacious room and well equipped kitchen, good gym on 9th floor and breakfast choices and service, Great wide open view on the city center from 9th floor bar. Good location close to tram stop directly to city center, good quality shop for groceries with 7h to 21 opening hours, and few bio restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was lacking in seating. The eggs were always cold. They sat us next to a couple who was coughing. Room service was hit or miss. One time I called for extra coffee pods and they were there within minutes. Another time I called for a clean towel and was told that they were in break and to call back!!

Breakfast was a complete misunderstanding.. a lot of people, lack of cups, cutlery, water and etc. If this could be solved, there would be nothing to complaint about!

Housekeeping. It wasn’t clean enough for a new hotel and 4*, dusty etc. They provide cleaning every 3 nights for residence Inn which is just fine. But unfortunately once they showed up they didn’t do anything. They literally just made beds. We didn’t make any mess but they didn’t clean and that was obvious. Really annoying for 4*. On top of it on our last day housekeeper knocked on our door 1,5hrs earlier than our check out time asking if they can clean, which we found really rude.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Everything was new and beds were really comfortable.
