All the staff are very friendly and professional, going out of their way to let us check in earlier. The place is clean and quiet. Facilities are good.

The air conditioning system of the room sucks in air from the outside and the vent is just above the head of the bed. I didn't find any way to turn it off, so I had to move the bed a bit in order to not catch a cold during night.

The common spaces were pleasant and I felt safe. The room itself was small, but it had its own kitchen and I could find everything I needed there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.

The room was a bit small for two people and not that well insulated, so on the stormy night we had we got quite a bit of draft despite the closed windows. Our kitchenette sink was clogged but we managed to fix the problem ourselves by the third day (the reception was off due to the Easter weekend, otherwise I am sure they would have helped us).

The staff was very kind and helpful when we checked in and out, and the room provided a comfortable base to explore the city. Great to have a kitchenette with a fridge, stove and coffee machine. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and it is located close to the St Charles station. The rest of the city center is also well reachable on foot or by metro.

Only two rolls of toilet paper for 5 night stay. Not enough shower gel- ran out of shower gel after 4 showers. Needed even just one more hand towel for the bathroom. No soap for bathroom sink.

Easy check in and check out procedures. Close to the Saint Charles train station (10 minute walk) and close to the Désirée Clary metro stop (5 minute walk). Clean.

I didnt Like the way from the st Charles Station to the residence, it was a Long dark and Dirty road, wouldnt feel Safe Alone at Night . Also the bed was quite small .

The location was very bad. I think pretty much every car had been crashed. Lots of rubbish on street corners, smelled and was a little a scary. But there was a bus stop close to that took us where we needed to go

1. No air-conditioning in the room, only a fan inside. 2. Only a small, flat pillow available for sleeping - that was not enough for head support. I had to take the quilt and sleep on it instead. 3. Reception only available on-site until 7pm. Security is available after that time, however they're are not Reception, and can't answer the questions, like the one if there is possibility to leave the luggage after checkout.

1. Security system - two security doors to enter the hotel. 2. Kitchenette in the room (plates, cutlery, mugs available, plus microwave and a fridge) , although there should be an electric kettle also available. 3. TV in the room, with cable TV, Netflix and YouTube available - however the remote was not working properly (probably the batteries were flat). 4. Fast and reliable WiFi in the room. 5. Very comfortable bed, although only one flat pillow available. 6. Coffee /snacks vending machines available on the ground floor in the lobby.

Location is not very good, area arund is dirty and seems a little bit dangerous, however is 20' walk to Vieux-Port. Not an issue for a male, I would not recomend for unacompanied women

Although it is close to the main station, the location is bit iffy. There isn't much around in terms of restaurants or supermarkets, and the general area didn't feel super safe. Good links to transport though, so getting into town is very easy and quick.

A great spot close to the main station in Marseille. Room was basic but had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt very secure. Good base for a shorter stay.

Location. Dodgy area, have never felt so uncomfortable walking with my pack. Even though it was only about 10 minutes walk to the train station, I ended up ubering back because i felt so unsafe on my walk there. Staff also could have been more helpful, especially upon check in. I felt like my arrival was a nuisance. Apparently there was a rooftop area, but I never got told about it or shown how to access it.

The room itself was comfortable, with a nice view, kitchenette and good bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable, and I liked that there was a bench and desk. It was warm but the fan kept it cool enough. The little patio area was nice.

I want to leave an important mention of the staff members at this accommodation - thank you Luca and Juan. These boys made sure that my stay was more than comfortable. The residence itself provided all the facilities a solo traveler needs, from towels to kitchen appliances. The room was clean and cosy - perfect for a short stay. If you are an extrovert and want to meet people while enjoying your stay, there is a common lounge area, kitchen, rooftop and an outside terrace. Everyone's welcomed, you would not regret booking this accommodation! :)

No aircon

The whole place is very modern and the rooms are actually great. The only massive downfall is no A/C, and the fan they provide is ineffective so if you’re coming in summer like us, you’ll sweat all night. The location is a little bit dodgy especially after the riots, however the accomodation is locked up very well and we felt very safe inside. Only a 5 min e scooter from the nicest beaches and the port area, or a 30min walk. Close to train station though so would be good for an overnight stay.

simple cleaning equipment such as mop, bucket, broom and trash shovel are missing. It is inconvenience for clients to clean the room themselves if they have a relatively long stay. For example, stay for three weeks.

The room is clean with basic kitchen equipment. Value for money.

rooms are extremely hot in the summer, with no fan provided. area is very dangerous for lone female travellers at night, i was very scared walking home my first night and got a cab home every other night after. the beds are very small for two people, so beware if you’re sharing a room it’s going to be very snug. additionally, it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone on reception during your stay.

good transport connections, stove, private bathroom, good wifi. good value for money, very suitable for solo travellers.

No air con in the room, just a fan which made it pretty hard to get a good night sleep. Noisy if opened the window for some fresh air during the night. Lift broke down, had to leg it up the stairs to the 6th floor on one of the days. Not the nicest location, I wouldn't stay there again. Nothing open later in the eve and clearly a rougher part of Marseille. Fairly confusing to check in, from the direction I came from, I found the entrance to the studios first and tried to follow the instructions but nothing worked. Luckily someone walked in and took me to reception. I would make it clearer that there are two different entrances. Rubbish outside the building was there for days, not sure if this was a wider city problem but it was very unpleasant. No hair dryer.

It was so extremely hot as the air conditioning barely had any affect. As a result, we had to keep the window open all the time to let the airflow and the outside noise was very loud.

The area surrounding was very sketchy. We didn't feel safe even during the day, but especially at night. For a hostel, there weren't any opportunities to meet up with other travelers.

Private room and bathroom. The room had a small kitchenette and fridge. The bathroom was spacious. There were big windows to let in nice light.

Not the best area in marseille, we spent there 6 days, nobody come to change the towels or clean the room properly. The floor was already dirty when we checked in.
