The toilet bowl is separate from sink, wish they have two bathrooms for a place that could sleep to 6 people

There no cabinet to hang our clothes, only an open hanging area, but it made all the clothes smell when you cooked.

Its walking distance to the basilica. The property was clean, all basic necessities are included on the property is a plus point.

It was a pleasant stay through out. The Bed, Room and location was apt and closer to the church and train station. The ambiance was amazing.

We had a good stay. The location was easy to find and very close to the church. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The small kitchenette had all the necessary supplies you would need for a couple of days. Plenty of cupboards available. There was free parking at the premises. Would recommend this place to anyone without a problem.

The breakfast.There were not a lot of choices for hot breakfast only boiled egg.

Close to the Grotto and Sanctuary of Lady of Lourdes.We were given a room on the ground floor and it was a warm day,there was no air-con and no electric fan provided. It was good that there was a sliding door to the balcony and access to communal garden but flying insects went it when we opened to get some fresh air. So i ended up having few insect bites.

Our apartment was facing busy road and unfortunately unable to sit out on balcony due to noise from traffic.

Helpful reception and maintenance staff. Easy communication and very welcoming with them all. Grotto is a 5min walk down and a 15mins walk back to the hotel cause of the stairs. Bakery and magazine store around the corner. CBD is sold at the magazine store if needed. Meeting the others tourist in the hotel are awesome and we are all there for the same spiritual reason. Staff was excellent. Wish we stayed more than 1 night. Enjoyed the swimming pool and sun bathing. Family friendly.

The apartment was very tired. Loose fittings on the taps, the balcony was grotty, the facilities in the room were ok but could do with updating and perhaps a spring clean wouldn't be a bad idea.

Location was great for touring the Pyrenees. The pool area was clean and the staff were really friendly. This was a cheap apartment so we weren't expecting much, but it did the job we needed it to.

Ground floor apartment opened onto a small garden. Garden scruffy and unkempt with large untrimmed bushes found it.

Good location if you can walk 15 minutes uphill to get back from the centre. Basic but clean. Spacious room.

Had to go to reception twice to request more toilet paper….only one roll supplied for 5 people for 4 days. Also had to request clean towels. No a/c and as many mosquitoes, had to sleep with windows closed so very hot and uncomfortable at night. Would have liked a fan

The only criticism is that we couldn't use the balcony as it was green and mossy and needed a good pressure wash and wipe down, It was very small and wouldn't fit the 5 of us on it. This didn't effect us as we were out and had no need to use it for our short stay anyway.

The facilities were very clean and the breakfasts were delicious with a good selection on offer. The apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay with three children and the location was great for visiting the Sanctuary of Notre Dame. The swimming pool was a good size and very clean.
