Everything was great! I would say the only thing that took us by surprise was the bathroom shower handel. It would have been nice that the handle be higher over your head to make it a bit more convenient.

Loved the location of this property! Walkable to the main sights. We checked in after closing time and everything went smooth. Great parking and the staff were very accommodating. Super convenient to have a mini kitchenette in the room!

I was hoping to have a nice time on the balcony but it looked right on to one of the busiest roads and so was so noisy - i couldn't enjoy to eat outside or read a book - it was quite when you closed the door and were inside but i did book in order to have a balcony. For some reason i expected it to have couch which it didn't as a studio so I had to sit on the bed or the dining chairs - again not the worst thing but I really would have liked something a bit more like an armchair. didn't have any good vegan options for breakfast (they do serve onsite)

Really great location and it was quite in the whole complex - it has a nice little pool but i didn't use it. There seemed to be a lot more facilities that I didn't see but there were also covid restrictions around the time I visited. I did love having a bath in the bathroom also and the ability to cook some food.

The swimming pool closing at 6 pm just when you get back from your sightseeing. An extra hour would have made such a difference.

Had a problem with type of room and told hotel full to capacity, due to having recently having had surgery needed ground floor, plus dog with us, may have been booking error however staff on reception totally negative, I took loads of bags a long way from the nearest parking spot to upper floor room, after lots of hassle after an 8 hour drive ? Then miraculously a 2 nd floor room was found to be available but a long way from our rooms, I once again dragged all the bags to this new room only to find another miracle of Lourdes, a ground floor apartment was offered, moved the mass of bags and dog baskets etc bags yet again so this activity totally wrecked my visit to the grotto as I was in poor shape 🙁 also the pull out bed was soiled badly u set the sheet. Breakfast was sparse for the money, I stayed here 5 years ago it was better, I would not recommend this hotel

The WIFI was extremely bad, at first it didn't connect at all, then we asked the manager to check it, it connected but then logged us out all the time. The was no signal at the kitchen table but worked better in the bed zone. The room was quite old and outdated. We didn't like and didn't understand the policy - "you have to wash the dishes and the kitchen after you use it". It is a strange policy for a hotel that takes a cleaning fee and it is not a shared kitchen.

We were staying one day in late spring, so we didn't experience the pool, but it was there and looked quite nice) The hotel is in a walking distance from the main city attractions. There was a huge parking.

Dirty way to do business. they give you less than the bare minimum and want you to pay 5 euros for a cleaning sponge and soap to clean your own plates. it was not cheap but they were cheap and greedy. it said you were fined 25 euros if everything wasn't cleaned. this made me uneasy and gave me a fearful feeling that my expensive stay would become even more expensive if they chose that it was not clean enough. very unpleasant experience. Dirty place.

You need to be reasonably fit to get to the grotto and back because of the stairs. Some people live on the site, and their dogs might be off-lead. So do note that if you have a reactive dog. The TV was set at an odd angle, so I couldn't really watch it while relaxing. The bathroom shower doesn't have a retainer, so the bathroom can get flooded if you are not careful.

Lovely, clean, and airy rooms. This is fantastic when you have a dog and a large family. It is easy to cook food and have a relaxing time. There is excellent parking around the property. There is. It is a nice small pool for the summer, but it is too cold now to check it out. The WiFi is decent, and the rooms are reasonably large and airy with good-quality modern equipment.

No air conditioning they say they e never dad it but controls on hall wall and unit in room Place is very tired and dingy , needs a renovation a lick of emulsion would not go amiss. Rain poured onto balcony from upstairs looked like a broken drainpipe . Walk in corner all stained with the dirty water and miss
