We had to clean our own rooms, had to pay to use amenities such as steam room and the hotel is an absolute maze to get from one are to another. It’s so confusing I think I actually spent about an hour over the week I was there just walking around trying to get out. We also had one group of our friends with an amazing valley view, whilst my room had a car park view with no sun. Just luck of the draw I guess!

So convenient for the lift up to the slopes.

The lift in the building was slow and always seemed to be busy, so we generally used the stairs.

“Les Fermes de Chatel” is in a fantastic location next to the main ski lift and in the middle of the village. There is also convenient underground parking for the accommodation.

Apartment was very small, we had three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 4 to 5 people.

Great location in the middle of Chatel. Staff was very friendly and really goes out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay (which we did)!

Had to pay extra for enough towels, with 4 people staying, you would expect 4 towels. Television had no wifi connection, so not good for kids . Sauna 9 Euros a day per person. that was poor.

Good location and clean functional rooms , modern style warm rooms . Plenty of room to park and your in the heart of the town. generally very happy with the stay. Pool area clean & modern.

My only criticism is that the heaters were awkward to work and sometimes wouldn’t come on so the rooms were at times a little cool. Also when we arrived the lift was out of order and remained that way for the duration of the week stay, whilst I appreciate it was over the Christmas period I’d have expected it to have been fixed within a week.

Superb location in the center of town 10 paces from the super Chatel gondola for skiing and a short walk to town for pubs and eateries

5 stairs appartement and lift out of order all the week long and may be before...so during all our stay! Not really convenient with a late arrival due to heavy traffic without anyone helpful with the luggage....Same for departure....

The steam room wasnt hot enough for me and the jaucizz wasnt warm.

Location was great! Shame that we couldnt use the lift directly outside the hotel as the snow conditions but that was just the time of year.

On the last day the jacuzzi did not work, also they state a sign not to allow children in the jacuzzi but this is not checked and a lot of small children were in there. Also the lifts on arrivals is overloaded and it could take you 1 hour before you are able to get from the parking into your apartment

The apartment has everything you need - including ski lockers - the location is superb in the middle of the resort with parking just below the apartments. The swimming pool is great to use as well as the jacuzzi.

- checkin was a mess. room was not ready till 18 hours and very chaotic at the reception desk - floors in the apartment are super cold - pool is too cold and also jacuzzi could be a bit warmer - an oven instead of a microwave (or combi) would have been practical - we were lucky to have an apartment on the side of the building with a bit of view but chances are you are facing the backstreet (telecabine side) which can give noise and views on a grey wall and small street - overall the complex seems a bit run down, decoration is a bit poor, no drinks in the bar, fire in the fireplace etc. Its a shame because with a few small changes it could be much nicer...

The location was excellent, right next to the ski lift. The room had a large balcony with chairs and table overlooking the village with amazing views down the valley.

difficult to navigate from one building to another to access the pool

Not the properties fault but we stayed on the Super Chatel ski lift side and a few occasions in the week there were gatherings of very noisy people partying outside our room

There were only one toilet and two bathrooms/showers without toilet. Why?? In the single toilet there were no washbasin, you had to go to the bathroom for washing your hands... The skiroom were not ventilated/warmed. Boots still wet after one night.

Just 20 m to the lift. Large apartment. Very large balcony and beautiful view over the mountains. In the very city center. Nice bedrooms. Good parking facilities.

Very noisy at night. The ski storage is narrow and unheated.

Pets-friendly, larde free parking. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly, speaking fluent English. The property is next to TS DE Super Châtel Ski Lift.

For the price, the equipment of the apartment ended short of expectation. Kitchen equipment was very basic and for example missing a raclette set which is quite basic for ski rental. The apartment could have done with couple more furniture to make it cosier. Charging for a cleaning kit and not providing at least a sponge seems a bit cheap and not thoughtful of people who aren't traveling all the way by car. Also we had to report on arrival material damage such as a hole cut in one of the chairs and damage in the fridge which came to a surprise to the staff when the apartments are meant to be cleaned between occupants

Location was great, it's hard to be any closer to Super Chatel TC. Facilities are nice with the pool, indoor parking, ... Friendly and helpful staff

The pool area is very nice with 1 BUT - 1 shower out of 8 was working and was freezing cold. This means people are using the pool without pre-shower, which made us use it only once. This needs fixing. The common areas are less of an excellence, e.g. elevators doors are very noisy - but it is a ski residence - so what can you expect.

Excellent apartments - clean, new equipment, good beds, very inviting and modern. Excellent location in front of the gondola. Parking inside with space available per apartment. Very friendly staff.

The apartment was too small for 4 people. It was cold and we were unable to change the heating to suit . There is only One very small towel rail to dry things which was very difficult even for two of us on a wet day . The complex is generally quite difficult to get around between blocks so would Be good to ask for rooms close together or in the same block if you have more than one room booked . Furnishings and bedding very basic and the heater and chair in the apartment had been left too close causing a potential Fire hazard .

The swimming pool is just very cold and even the swimming pool area is not properly heated. So unless you’re a fan of Wim Hof and his methods, this is not a place you want to go after a day of skiing
