this property had several issues. First thing is that they make you clean all the apartment, but they don’t provide any cleaning product for it, which make us think that we were eating on not cleaned dishes / cups / pan / etc. amenities were not provided for 5 people, not even 5 towels. we needed to use a hand towel for a 1.80m person. the door doesn’t lock with the key from the outside.

The bed was not a comfortable double bed and difficult to get into as it was too big for the room. The lift was just about working. The WiFi was poor although we managed. There was no reception after 6:00pm.

great location and facilities; there’s an outdoor pool and a big yard. they have private parking and serve good breakfast. the beach is really close ~5 min walk and the views from the yard and amazing!!

Internet don't work at room AT ALL and it is PERMANENT offline, despite staff told that it happened just few days ago. You have to make full clean of room before leaving, it is not noticed before accomodation.

I will never forget the fabulous view from this hotel. There is an amazing beach within 15 minutes walk, my heart has always been there.

Would have preferred a shower to a tub with a shower attachment, but after all, this is France.

Fabulous location and super-sized apartment with an incredible Ocean view. Walking distance to beach, restaurants. Beautiful grounds with Pool. First class establishment very competitively priced.

Plastic wood paneled corridors.

Well, my heart sagged a little when we walked into the accommodation corridors. Initial thoughts were why am I here? It was like going back in time to Butlins or my friends council flat. However, if you can get past that for a short one night stopover the apartment was very well equipped. I think that if it were more than one night I may suggest upgrading to a sea view. The apartment we had had a comfy bed settee, great shower, and one of the best equipped self-catering kitchens I have experienced. Our apartment had a good sized sundowner balcony. The staff were very friendly, however, we were given instructions to put the towels in this bag and the bedding in that bag, clean all of the surfaces and sweep and mop the floors. It's good location very walkable to the main surfing beach and bars. A functional value for money.

We were terribly disappointed with the false information the hotel provided to the customers. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, which is written everywhere and on the building as well. But really it's a solid 2. The staff is unfriendly, the decor of the lobby and rooms doesn't stand up to scrutiny. In Biarritz, the main hotel du Paley also has 4 stars and this is very funny. There is no descent to the water, the breakfasts are terrible and very bad. It's time to close or refurbish. This is the shame of Biarritz. Price for 6 nights with a rate of about 700 euros. Terrible

The sofabed was awful. The service was poor with very limited reception hours and possibility to borrow rackets. The pool was very small so it easily became crowded. The place wasn't cosy and there was no air-condition not even a fan.

The beds were okey. There was a hanger. The parking was near.

We paid 170€ a night in this place and there is not an A/C ?! It’s unbelievable !! 42° all day at the beach the only thing we were waiting for was being in our room with A/C. SURPRISE !! THERE IS NO AC !!! It was hot all night, we were sweaty, not pleasant. You pay only for the location and the view, the hotel is low quality from the cleaning to the "bed" which is not a real bed, it was a sofa open into a bed 😳 (very uncomfortable). We found dirty shorts under the bed from the previous guest. 🤢🤮

The only thing likable is the location and the view for the sunset.

The rooms vary in design and upkeep. We arrived after check-in and picked up the keys from the box. Our room was dated, the furniture scuffed and one piece cracked. We could hear guests returning to the hotel. Also, the cleaning required by guests was not as advertised on Booking.com.

The resort grounds are beautiful, well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the beach is ideal for a family with young kids. The pool and mini golf are fun too.

Everything. We loved Biarritz and the property has a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea and coastline. The fab beach is a short stroll. Lovely bakery, veg fruit shop 100 metre walk. Will be back😍

nothing! everything was perfect

the location is perfect .... the area is quiet and safe. beaches on both sides of the hotel. gorgeous morning walks/runs short distance from the hotel the pool is amazing, the views are stunning staff were so helpful and accommodating the room was perfect, balcony, kitchenette comfortable bed

Very old. Location on a hill with construction and no access to the beach. Bathroom was huge, almlost bigger than the studio! But for 4 people, a 4 beds studio not enough.

The view and the fact that it was a bit outside the city. But still the constitution hindered taking nice pictures.
