Good location, beautiful well-groomed area, guarded private parking, we stayed for one night, everything was fine, the only thing is don’t go out onto the balcony with the door closed behind you, we had every chance to spend the night on the balcony, a neighbor from the room next to us saved us. The furniture was a little old, but everything was clean. I think this is offset by the price. The room is large with good storage systems. The small kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in your room. I think it's a great place for a summer holiday. Thank you for our vacation.

Big Fridge, perfect for a family. Kitchen was modern. The rest was absolute ok. 7 minute walk to a nice beach, pool simple but good, garden with room for kids to run and play and to meet other kids after dinner to make friends.

haven't go to the pool and no breakfast left. Pictures let us down regarding facilities and room. Beds no comfortable and the furniture way tired.

A little tired in some parts, like rollers not working well on cupboards, a bit if rust here and there. Cigarette holes on curtains.

We read comments so we knew the hotel is quite worn down. It is :D And I would say it is more of 3-star hotel rather than 4. Toilet paper and towels are limited and you need to buy them yourself or pay extra for such a price. There were no sun umbrellas near the pool.

When we were booking we weren't given the option to choose terrace or balcony so we were given a terrace apartment on ground floor. The staff doesn't speak English fluently so it can be a bit of challenge to communicate with them. The property is well located but since it is situated between Biarritz and Bidart so there is only one bus service that connects you to the city. The public transport in general is reliable but only available till 8/9pm so if you want to enjoy a late night in Biarritz you have to make alternate arrangements.

Property location and upkeep is excellent. Although most guests arrive in their cars, the place is also connected by public transport. It is close to Intermarche so you get everything you need easily. The rooms are spacious for a couple with a private terrace area for a quite dinner.

Kitchen and dining area are way too small for 6 people. Also there is no oven, only 2 electric plates to cook from. The big pans don't fit together in the cooking area. Cooking for 6 people is difficult here. The furniture is old looking and the beds were too small. The interior is dated. We heard a strange noise every night through the bedroom wall. It was zooming and kept us from sleeping through the night.

Nice parking in front of the hotel, 650 m walk from the beautiful beach Ilbarritz. Tennis court (6 euro for 1 hour was added to our bill everytime we played, they took it off when we complained about the costs).

Based on the condition of the property and the fact that the accommodation did not conform to the advertised description, I decided on arrival not to stay and to make other arrangements. I requested a refund from the hotel staff who told me (untruthfully) that I would have to seek my refund from Booking.com. In fact they had already received payment and would not entertain my complaint about the accommodation even though I gave them ample notice that I would not be staying.

I did not like anything about the property. It was rundown and badly cared for and the room did not conform to the description which appeared on the booking site.

The pull-out sofa bed - no bed. The lack of air-conditioning. Too hot at night. The lack of staff at reception - none at all on Wednesdays /and Sunday afternoon. The change to the door code which is not emailed to current residents. It’s an apartment where you have to provide all your extras, eg, toilet roll - yet there’s no shop on site or anything available from reception. The lack of mugs in the room to make a drink.

It was not big enough for 4 people, the double bedroom was very small and when sofa bed is opening out there is not much room, it's only suitable really for 2 people
