I am most disappointed by the lack of Wi-fi in my room - you should not lie to people. also the room was not clean.

Carpet not clean. Need to change it. 1 blind broken so cannot see outside. No washclothe. Need a total of 2 extra pillows, only one available. No door handle for the bathroom.

It was quite cold in the room and very cold in the bathroom, and no heater. And the room is very small. Couple of the shelves in the closet were broken

It looks like a hotel but there is no reception, so they don't have space to store luggage. It would also be nice to have some extra cushions or pillows, as we found the present ones small.

- One of the beds in room Nr. 11 was broken. because of that i did not get a lot of sleep during the night. - The hairdryer was broken and in the shower the showergel was empty.

Rather noisy at night but I was tired and knocked out so not that much of an issue really (for a light sleeper like me). Bed was on the softer side but again, for the price and location it was well worth a slight compromise.

Superb location right next to cathedral, bathroom seemed like newly renovated (or well maintained) so it was very clean. Overall clean room and good location which are the two most important for no-frills accoms.

no soap, no slippers cause the floor in the bathroom is cold, no water to drink even if just 30cl i wish and the heater not i think not working thankfully the weather is not super cold, hearing the voice of the other room

There is no elevator, but clients are informed about the fact before booking. There is little space and it is sufficient if you have small luggage and only plan to be in the room for lying down/sleeping. It was quiet and calm, but the cathedral bells are quite loud, and when they ring it lasts several minutes.

Very clean, comfortable bed, comfortable temperature, a good place for sleeping. Freshly renovated rooms and bathrooms in a very good condition. Location in the heart of the old city.

The room is simple and the carpet quite old and with some stains which gives a bad first impression. The window is not exactly sound proof so you hear the people partying till morning. You would better have a heavy sleep, or be there to party.

The apartments are right in the center, so perfect for holidays. It was easy to get in and it was clean.

There were a few spots in the carpet. The internet was not working well. There was no staff. We tried to contact them for a few things but we had no reply from them. There was no elevator and the stairs were very narrow.

The place had a perfect location in the city centre. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The check in went smoothly.

The stairs on the ground floor have been full of (dirty?) laundry-bags Hard to get upstairs with the own baggage. Written contact only in french. A third small towel was missing. A keybox with combination lock would be safer than a key hanging in the door lock.

First it is not a hotel, it is some kind of room rent. Nobody helps you, it’s everything on your own. There is no way to ask nothing to anybody. Aldo I had to walk up 6 floors with my backpack because there is no elevator. Also the way to the room is very scary. The room floor was dirty and the building is very old. The room feels like is not aling some way it make me feel dizzy. The location is very good. That is all. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I can not put more than 1 star unfortunately: -the floor was terribly disgusting all dirty carpet, - and the room was super smelly ( dirt and humidity smell) -the wifi was not working properly -the towels had holes on them - the blankets had stains -The shower curtain was so short that after the shower everything was wet, and there was not real place where to put the towels Spend some more euros and go to a real hotel.
