The bed is very uncomfortable and weak. Sitting on the toilet is not comfortable for a tall person, you reach the wall of the bathroom with your legs. No washbasin in the bathroom. Washing your hands is possible in your kitchen sink. I saw other bathrooms on the pictures though, but at least 5 rooms has this bathroom which is horrible. This price was not worth it at all. One of the worst accomodation I ever stayed at.

No electric kettle and saucepan had burnt food lifting off the bottom. Too noisy to leave window open but aircon not working so tiny room got hot and stuffy. Toilet is not in the room and signs about bedbugs did not inspire confidence. Flimsy bunkbeds only good for lightweight people. No lift and renovations should have meant a discount on the price. Pain in the arse having to pick up and return keys 20 min walk away. Won't stay again.

To put it bluntly, it's digs. It's very basic, fine for one person for a few days if you don't mind sharing facilities but other than that it's rough

The fact that I have to go for keys at one location then accommodation is at another location. I think there should be a Safe at the accommodation where keys can be dropped off instead of going back to drop it off.

Owner was shouting at us if we asked how to get in instead of just telling that we need to pick up the key. Yes, it was somewhere written in Frech that ee need to pick up the key from other place but we had complications with translating the text. Needed to walk extra kilometer to pick up the key and in the morning we needed to bring it back again.

The building was very noisy, my room had no curtains or blinds and half the slats on the shutters were broken so light was coming in all night. The windows were very old and so it was freezing in the room, there was no heating facility. The shared shower and toilet space is cramped and mouldy with no air flow or fan. I could hear every word from the street two floors below, and the party in the bar next door. The walls were thin so I could hear my neighbours very well too. You have to collect your keys from a different hotel and drop them off there again in the morning, involves extra walking and planning into your stay.

Comfy bed, room was clean and towels were provided which was nice. The kitchenette was good with appliances and crockery provided.

You need to pick up the keys from a different location, which is still a 12 min walk. It’s rather inconvenient. The reception closes at 11pm, which was super annoying due to my delayed flight (and I didn’t know this before I booked). There was no duvet, just a cover, which was rather cold at night. To leave your bag during the day costs €5, which I think is ridiculous. Also, even though I informed them that I was booking another hotel due to their closing of the reception, I was still categorised as a no show in the beginning and was asked whether I informed them (the hotel where you pick up the keys is not really associated with the owners of the apartment). I was asked sternly whether I had even informed them, which was definitely the case. Once I was in the apartment, I suddenly got a message thanking me for letting them know I would be arriving a day late..

Please note if you are sensitive to noise this is a very noisy place to stay both for location and within the property itself which is essentially a subdivided apartment. There is a bar next door and generally in Nice there are so many loud clapping motorbikes which are a real pain. They ride well into the night. This is a list of things that really need fixing Main light switch is missing the surrounding plastic leaving rear wiring open The toilet roll is placed in the corner on a small bottle near to the floor and really needs to be put on the wall for hygiene reasons. The induction hob didn’t work so when I arrived there was already a replacement hotplate. This hot plate also gave an error message which I looked up and saw the fan wasn’t working. There is an aircon unit but no remote. I think you had to pay extra. The shower head is way too big for the shower space and results in water splashing outside of the shower tray. This could easily be replaced with one the is either smaller or that you can manually hold if you don’t want to wash your hair that day.

Great location. Fine for solo travel. Easy to find. Shared toilet Cleaned daily.

Key pick up only until 23h !! Due to flight delay i was lucky to get my Keys... and if your flight departs before 9:30am you might be in trouble returning the key+receiving yr deposit..

Place to collect AND drop off keys is a 20 minute walk away which in my opinion is really unreasonable. There are key lock boxes which solve this issue. Had to leave 30 euro cash deposit for keys AND my card details for bond. Shower didn’t drain so had to shower in 30 sec intervals. Toilet was in a seperate room down the hall, it was fine but just a bit strange. Also aircon you had to pay £10 per night which is fine however we were not told until we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, and didn’t feel like another 40 min round walking trip to collect the remote…

Great location, cute balcony, hairdryer, towels, toiletries. Good budget option.

The room itself was comfortable however we had no remote for the airconditioning which was needed. Picking up the keys from another place 10 minutes walk away is inconvenient but we had someone walk us to the property and they gave us some helpful tips about the area.

The location was great in a cozy part of town not far from the beach and with lots of affordable eateries nearby. The host were lovely and very welcoming. The place was as expected based on the photos and overall great value for money.

Complicated pickup of the keys in a different hotel. Had to return the key next morning, but not before 8am. 15 min walking distance. That's too much trouble
