1. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything that's going on outside your window and in the hallways. 2. The room smelled of urine. 3. The cleanliness could be improved.

It was nice to have it all equipped with cutlery and plates.

The check-in Receptionist was somehow awkward and less welcoming retelling me some notifications that were part of site information not reception. Checkout receptionist was ok, however she was very cold and the information she gave me on phone was very poor uttered in a very angry intonation.

During our transfer in October to Bordeaux, due to the terrorist threat, 14 French airports were closed and our and several other flights were canceled. I had to look for a place to spend the night. This hotel took advantage of the situation and increased the prices for accommodation by 3 times. These are the most terrible apartments I have ever seen. Cheap white tiles on the floor, white walls, no curtains, a falling apart sofa in one room and a narrow uncomfortable bed in another (I can’t call these rooms a bedroom and a living room). There are no air conditioners or fans (I can’t imagine what it was like in the summer). there is no elevator. Unpleasant smell in the room. I had to keep the windows open.

Was in the middle of nowhere, 25min walk from the tram. Had to get an Uber to the airport. Also easily missed the reception when I arrived, had to ask someone where it was

The table to eat at was so unstable we were scared to use it. The lights in the cooking area did not all work, the switch on the cooker hood was loose and dangerous, the fridge door fittings were all missing as was the freezer box door and insufficient working area at the side of the sink. We were told that this was an upgrade! I did not complain at the reception desk because we were late leaving and had to get to our ferry. (In northern France)

Dirty curtains, dirty floor edges. More profound cleaning was needeed. On the last day, when leaving, my door was knocked three times in the morning with different people asking when I leave. Every time I told at noon, which was the official check-out time. But it seemed that the information was not reaching the right people.

Location was great, easy access to Bordeaux but also to beautiful beaches.

From above, the bed was so low to the ground and it made it difficult to get in and out of it.

It’s location was useful as near to motorway. Plenty of parking spaces. The bed was comfy enough,but (see next section). The appointment was on the ground floor as asked for and reasonable near to access.

Car parking used by strange people at the back of the car park. Unloading bays occupied all evening and night by the same 3 cars. No air conditioning Noisy with cars Old style needing a refresh. No lift

Not very clean, old and the bed sheets smelled weird. The kitchen was the most dirty, oil on the stovetop and leftover jam on the knives... There was no dish soap and cleaning cloth for the dishes and that's exactly how they look. In the night it was very loud

there was mold in the ceiling and smells of humidity. the toalett had no soap. I called the reception and my husband tried to talk to them to get some soap, just to wash our hands at night, but they refused and said that this is cleaner job and she is not here. very rude staff.
