The 5pm check-in was quite inconvinient and way too late. The kitchen could have been stocked better with the basics, such as sponges, washing machine tablets, oil, salt and pepper.

The loction was perfect and the apartment was exactly like the images. Dealing with Cecila was very easy too !

The furniture was placed in such a way that it was uncomfortable to use. Needs better cleaning (the floors).

The location was quiet and close to anything. The place could accommodate three people and we had all the necessary bedding for this. There were 2 bathrooms one with shower and another without which was really nice to have. Cecilia was responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

What lets this place down is the cleanliness, which is a shame as a good clean would improve ratings. The floor was dusty and the shower tray grimy. The check out time is non negotiable 10 am

For Nice and floor space, the price is good. Location is good with easy access to the beach etc. Host is responsive and provided clear instructions on how to access. Also provided additional instructions on taxi’s etc. AC and other amenities work well.

The top floor, unfortunately, had an odor consistent with sewage and old cigarettes - this came and went occasionally and wasn’t bad when we had the air conditioning turned on. The only shower had a nearly broken door - a bit dangerous.

Great location, communicative host, and fun views onto a private patio space with a beautiful orange tree. Pretty walk to the beach from Tonduti!

Towels were dirty. I mean they were washed for sure, but stains remained. That didn’t look nice. We didn’t have enough soap and toilet paper and we were told that can’t be provided. It is really bad to spend time buying toilet paper and soap while you are on vacation. Sleeping on the last floor didn’t look safe because protection near the bed was damaged on top part of it. At first we didn’t have a hand towel, but that was provided after we asked for it. Also, check in was a bit strange, because we had to go to the near store to get it from the cashier.

Location was great, close to all attractions. Owner of apartment was responding in a short time on all my messages. Apartment looks nice, it is a good value for the money comparing other apartments in Nice. Additional towels were provided for us when we asked the owner.

Sheets were dirty, not fresh. Apartment is not looked the same as at booking. Quite dirty :(

Lokalisation was close to seaside. Cecilia is really helpful and allowed us stay for 1 hr longer then it was mentioned in the booking.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the property. Quilts were not in covers and filthy! There weren't enough quilt covers or towels. The towels, dish cloths and facilities in general were old and also did not seem overly clean. The photos depict a minimalist, modern property but it was very disappointing in reality

The courtyard behind was undergoing some renovations so there was a bit of noise, but a very minor issue.

The communication with Cecilia was excellent. She provided us with a detailed explanation of how to find the apartment which made it so easy. The location of this place is perfect. 10 min walk to the beach, Castle Hill, the main train station and main shopping area.
