Nice location, clean, good facilities

Some paper towels or a dishcloth and a small amount of dish washing soap in the kitchen would be helpful. There was a note over the sink requesting to wash the dishes before leaving but it was not possible as there was nothing provided with which to wash. There were no instructions for the dishwasher and it would not turn on.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I liked having a kitchenette in the room, especially the refrigerator and microwave. I found the hotel and my room to be very clean.

Really it was perfectly good. It wasn't luxurious, but good value and pleasant enough.

We were able to park at the property. There was a kitchenette as part of the room, which was handy for making tea and coffee, and there were nice restaurants, bars and a supermarket within walking distance.

Lifts weren't working which could have been a problem as we were on the 3rd floor. Parking is free on site, but when a conference is taking place, and I suspect in peak season, it is hard to come by. Would definitely recommend paying for the few reserved parking spaces available to the establishment.

Staff were excellent and genuinely seemed to want to make our stay a good one; assisted hugely in finding a parking space for us amongst the conference attendees. Breakfast also had a good continental choice.

My mattress seemed to sink in the middle and wasn't so comfortable. But I slept well neverthess during my three nights stay!

I loved the pancakes and crepe plus your machine to boil eggs for oneself...I am a musician so all the pianos you have in the collection - so many?! - is just a treat. I loved your architecture and murals. The kitchenette in the room was a wonderful surprise and we cooked and used it well.

We had no change of clean towels and no replacement toilet paper on a 4 night stay ,should replace every 2 days in my opinion

Location is reachable via narrow roads and one needs to be careful.

Great views from the windows and balconies; parking is available and can be reserved; the rooms are clean and spacious. Underground/metro station within few minutes. Very good value for money

location is very good and parking is really valuable in that area. The avalabilty of a small kitchen in the room is also a good feature.

Kitchen had no utensils (I.e. knives, forks, wooden spoons or chopping knives…etc) yet had pots and pans. Also, no detergent for the kitchen either yet there is a note asking for you to clean up after yourself and to take out the garbage! Unacceptable! Also, I didn’t mind taking the stairs, however if you are someone who needs a lift to get around, this isn’t the place for you.

Good location and lovely staff. I liked that it had kitchen facilities and that I had a clean albeit small room to myself.

Due to a maze of little one way streets, the hotel can only be approached from the north (height of Winston Churchill bridge, NOT the one below) - drove in circles for half an hour. Receptionist told me "ways/waze?" app is the best to get there - after I had arrived, now 45 mins late because of trying to find street parking. There are a limited number of free car parking spaces IF you can find the entrance to the hotel/car park (not marked as hotel entrance - watch out for "acces pompiers" written on the ground). Otherwise, you'll end up paying EUR 15-20 for street parking (which also involves driving in circles to try to find anything on the nearby narrow streets), so left at 7 am to avoid paying more. If you're walking, it's easy :-)

Reasonably priced, a large former convent, now an international residence. Friendly staff, helpful with directions. Room large (as it's a student residence, full kitchen, table, TV, desk) and well heated (on a chilly day). Location good - just beside a metro station or else walk a few minutes to the next stop (central - Hotel de Ville). Small supermarkets nearby for supplies.

Check-in was very slow. There is only one person at the desk and although he was very charming he didn’t seem to be bothered if there were many people behind us. The bathrooms were not very clean. Door and walls were grubby. There were cobwebs in the living area. The kitchen had no washing up liquid nor sponge to wipe the place down. They expected you to just use the dishwasher all the time which is a bit of a waste when you have 4 dishes.

The property is set on the side of a hill with lovely views of the city. The downside is you have to walk up the hill 😀.

Be prepared for stairs or steep streets to reach the hotel located in the middle of a hill. Rooms are simple yet clean and comfortable.

There is no serious complaint. A few small things - the furniture is not the newest, occasionally there's a bit of noise, a general renovation some time soon won't hurt (but still - everything is functioning).

Good value for money! Decent location, reasonably clean, quite comfortable, well equipped small kitchen.

Simple hotel, but confortable and with a magnificent view on the city. Very close to two metro stations.
