A fantastic location with amazing staff, Laurent and the team were so kind and helpful. We were greeted at the street by someone to help us with our bags up to the reception. While checking us in Laurent was very kind and helpful providing us with a map of the city which he talked through with us and highlighted key areas to visit as this was our first visit to Paris. He also provided a list of different kinds of restaurants in the area. We then mentioned that we hadn't got tickets to the Lourve but wanted to go so he helped us get a guided tour with one of their partner agencies for the next day! The room was lovely, clean, well decorated and came with a welcome bottle of wine and lovely note. All around a really great place to stay, central location with easy access to the metro.

Once called the front desk at night, and the staff could not speak English. Slightly bit of inconvenience, didn’t try for other nights. But my problem isn’t urgent so solved the next morning.

Great location with modern design! Staffs are really friendly, they even provide pages of food recommendation at check-in.

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast- either on 6th floor (reception) or in your room, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and responsive. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable.

Cool location tucked away in a little courtyard.

Location steps away from the metro, Louvre, and high end stores and cafes cannot be beat! Super safe neighborhood. Very glamorous. Also the design and decor of the rooms was sophisticated. On top of that, the staff could not be more helpful.

Nothing special. The elevator did not work properly during the last day of our stay, but I assume we just were unlucky. There were no bathrobes in our room.

We had the Concorde suite (bedroom + small living room) - it was still really tiny. But that's pretty standard for a Parisian hotel, so I wouldn't put it down as a negative.

The location is amazing, just off Rue Cambon. The hotel itself is beautiful - freshly designed in a mix of modern and more classical styles. Breakfast was great - lots of options, not just the classic French croissant + coffee.

I couldn't recommend this place more, I was so happy with my stay at Maison Armance which I booked at very late notice. The room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel was exceptionally located and as a women travelling alone I felt very safe. All the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely be recommending friends of this boutique hotel and can't wait to come back myself!

The room had a sewage smell. It’s probably the pipes cause in some places same smell was detected outside. The entry into hotel was weird. Other than that, still a comfortable stay with amazing staff.
