They don’t provide daily based room maintenance if you want you room to be cleaned that would be only on request and for extra payment as well as towels and sheets if you need extra you should pay for them! This is found a little annoying! But as for our short stay of 3 night it didn’t make any difference!

The property was located next to the Airport you can access the Hotel by foot if you want to this area and Nice itself is pretty walkable also the tram from airport till the closest station from the hotel is free, the room was specious, there were provided coffee tee and a small kitchen with all the necessities as well as iron and iron facilities! Check in was straightforward and even though in the description was mentioned that I will be required to deposit 250€ as deposit I wasn’t requested to do so by the staff which were friendly and answered all my questions with no hesitation!

- No basic apartment amentites: no spare salt and only two 3g packs of sugar. Limited amount of kitchenware. When I went to reception to ask for extra sugar they told me they have none. Taking into account closest minimarket is a couple kilometers away, this is unacceptable. - When I asked to print out tickets for me in the morning, I was told they could not do it immediately and I would have to wait for 10-15mins, or I could pick it up later. I opted for the second option, but when I arrived in the evening there was only security guy at reception. He then told me nothing is printed out for me, and when I asked whether he can do it he laughed and and said he can't. I had to leave without my ticket prited out. This is is unacceptable. Especially for an airport hotel. - Fire alarm broke out early in the morning during or stay for no apparent reason ruining our sleep

Property is new, proximity to airport, ok matresses. Proper cleaning. Train runs 5 mins to city centre, but only twice within hour. Nice place for overnight stay, but you should not treat it as a proper apartment due to lack of basic apartmeant features

It is very hard to find, gps doesn t recognise the place, we called by phone and one from staff met us . No advertising in very big residental complex

All You need to stay is in , kitchen witk mikrovave, refrigerator, knives, dishes, dishwasher, all to cook, also fen , towels in bathroom

The air conditioning was on hot, luckily we could open the window. Hopefully, that will be fixed before the real heat of Spring/ Summer.

5 mins walk to T1, Nice airport. Better size room with cooking facilities, refrigerator etc. comfy beds (not bunks).

The smallest comment… would benefit from a small light on the balcony, so you can read while relaxing.

Maybe the instructions about how to find the place could be a little different. We came to Nice by train and the train would have been the best solution for us at the first place. The reception sain tram and train are "the same". Not from the station... but me managed and learned.

WE did not try the breakfast, did not even notice it was available. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious, quiet also. The staff we met was friendly and helpful. The situation suitable also for someone wanting to go to the center of Nice, airport very near. The Ucrainian restaurant was a nice experience! Recommend!

Getting to the hotel was extremely difficult. Via a phone conversation to prepare our arrival, we were told that we could check in and drop off our luggage with our rental car before returning this car at the airport. It turned out impossible to drive up to the hotel, and actually was next to impossible to even find the hotel from any street. The short directions on the website on how to find the hotel by car was not sufficient, as that area is quite confusing by car.

parking situation was a nightmare for the first 2 days. they did not have vouchers available to park because they say they were in printing process. they kept promising but only available the 3rd day where we decided to park on the street.

The area is safe, although i had the bad experience that the window of my car was broken. Everybody was surprise about this. The area is easy and nice.

The location was Terrible! We drove in a rental car and could not reach the property by car. We finally spoke with the hotel who told us where to park our car, but, the garage ramps were so small out car almost did not fit through. In order to get a taxi to go to dinner we had to go to a hotel around the corner since our hotel was only accessible on foot. Even though the property knew we were driving before hand we were never told we could drive directly to the property. If we had know the location and the situation of this hotel beforehand, we truly would have never booked it,

The parking lot is complicated and access is not obvious. There was no dish soap or sponge for the kitchen.

I was really pleased with the quality of the room and kitchen. It was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space.

There was not much stock for the bathroom, none tissues, not a full roll of toilet paper and no spares. Air conditioning could not be adjusted and the room was far too hot.
