Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaThe room had a Nespresso coffee machine but you have to pay for the capsules. Also there was a tea kettle but no tea bags. I would appreciate one or two complimentary tea bags/coffee pods for the start of the stay.
The location was excellent since we had meetings at the University just across the road. The rooms were clean and contained everything I needed during the stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice.

United KingdomThe double bed was against wall which made access for one of us less than ideal.
Great to have a well equipped kitchenette. Good shower, too, and the bed was comfy. All in all, very impressed with the hotel. Really close to the L5 bus stop (connects to stations) and not far from a Metro. I'd go there again and would look at others in the chain. Also close to the Citadelle Park and the Zoo.

Bosnia and Herzegovinaconsidering that I announced that I would come an hour earlier for check in, that was not fulfilled. And I think that the deposit for the room in advance is too high and that it is not right that there is no option to guarantee it with cash money. I offered cash so that it would be returned to me when I go out, but that was not an option.
The room is spacious with a small kitchen, the beds are comfortable, clean and has everything you need.

United StatesBedding is not great. Bottom sheet on the bed was too short and shifted to reveal the mattress. Comforter is very heavy, too heavy. The soap provided was ridiculously small.
Location is perfect - out of the tourist commotion of the Vieux Lille and only 10 min on foot. I liked the Nespresso machine in the room and cleanliness of the room.

NetherlandsI booked a room with 2 beds, but got the room with 1 Queen sized bed. It's about 1,40m wide; quite small even for 2 Asians. Room was not dirty, but it didn't feel clean either. I didn't find hairs or dirty bedding or anything. It's probably because the room is a bit old. The cups and utensils were covered in dust though. But it is a given that you should rinse everything before use anyway. I had to really clean inside the water kettle 4 times. But all in all for €89 per night, it's an alright deal.
Location of hotel is great. There's a bus stop right in front of the door and on the opposite side of the street there are rental bikes for €1,75 per day. So you can easily get to the city center despite being a bit further out. Sadly the machine of the bike rental didn't accept my bank card so I had to walk. Nice city park nearby so you can go for a nice jog. But there are no eateries or markets nearby. You'd have to walk at least 10 minutes to get to a supermarket or restaurants. Room was very spacious. Bathroom is suitable for wheelchair users. The kitchenette had everything you need to cook a light meal, even a corkscrew. All the appliances were present as advertised.
