It felt as if the bar was understaffed; it took long to get drinks but hey, is this really important ? Restaurant service was staffed by a junior person, so not perfect but obviously everyone has to learn and it may have been a one off situation

nice hotel, in the center of Abbeville. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Restaurant and small bar available, all very reasonably priced. Food ( dinner ) was very good. Extremely helpful person at the reception, very professional and very accomodating.

The restaurant menu was a little restrictive, but as Abbeville doesn't seem to have any restaurants, the choice for eating was limited. Sadly Abbeville seems infested by motor bikes with no exhaust silencers making the visit to the town very uncomfortable. Young riders seems to enjoy riding around continuously causing nuisance.

Large bedroom and very large en suite bathroom. Clean, light and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Quite overpriced compared to Ibis similar hotels. No water in room, small paper cups for tea/coffee. Tea towel sized towels!

Food was disappointing. Restaurant staff seemed young and inexperienced ( we had to ask twice for our desserts.

Everything else was good but we checked in at 8pm and were told restaurant closes at 10pm and last order at 9.30. We were told we needed to reserve a table so we asked for 8.45pm to give us time to shower after days of travelling. We were told 8.45 wasn't available but we needed to be there at 8.30. We rushed like crazy grabbing the essentials from our car and quicky showered and at 8.31 we were being called on the room as we hadn't arrived for our booking. Then when we were in our way down at 8.45 approx the reception staff was on his way up to find us!! Felt like harassment and put us under stress. Don't think this is right when paying a lot of money for a hotel and restaurant. However food and service in the restaurant was good Felt the breakfast was overpriced at 19€ each Other similar hotels offering similar breakfasts are €10. Informed car park was full in arrival and had to leave car in the street packed with our baggage.

Excellent location. No problem parking in nearby Square. Nice dining room with plenty of space and pleasant views of the Place Pilori. Good quality dining at reasonable price.Have stayed there several times.

We had our dog with us and it wasn't very clear that the outside space was on the edge of a road and on the pavement at the front of the hotel so this made it tricky for a comfortable to sit and have a drink or even to have something to eat. Having said that the dig was allowed un the resturant.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely. Would stay again but maybe not with our dog.

Although tea and coffee were provided in the room, low-quality paper cups are not great for hot drinks (and may have a higher environmental cost than proper mugs), and there was no milk in the room.

As already stated in the key questions, the location is good. Dinner was good, breakfast was perfectly fine. The best thing was the staff who were very helpful.

The staff said I did not have a booking despite me showing them the email evidence. And that I had paid in advance. In the end they believed me but it took some persuasion. All was well in the end and the room made up for the worrying few moments.

Comfy bed. Quiet room. Bath and shower. Parking available close by in a free car park with no height restrictions for our VW van. Good choice of menu for evening meal. Lots of choice at breakfast. Lift to upper floors. Very clean. The room was cool during the heat.

Was not aware that the breakfast was €20 extra , which although possibly the going rate, was I felt very expensive. €40 buys a lot at a local cafe. Appreciate it was me not reading the booking thoroughly, but neither were we informed when we booked in.

Good location for restaurants and bars, private, secure parking was appreciated for our motorcycles. Clean room with windows that actually open, and air con that works.

Room a little small

Staff really friendly and helpful. Everyone dog friendly and dog thoughtful - eg bowls of water provided for our dog immediately on arrival in restaurant. Restaurant spacious - dinner had super menu. Breakfast buffet excellent.
