Our room didn't look anything like the pictures. It was small, the furniture very basic and the bed old and uncomfortable. The spa area is only open a few hours a day, so we didn't get to use it. Disappointing as it was one of the reasons we booked the hotel in the first place.

I am still trying to figure out the in room decorating feature of using permanent raw OSB plywood sheets on two of the walls. It may have been a design feature, but it made the room seem under construction. The hallways at night had self-initiated push button lighting which required searching for the dimly lit switch. Motion activated lighting would have been more user-friendly.

The location was good at the end of the town center. Very walkable throughout the town. Parking was plentiful in a public car park just a two minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was very good. A rec room with a pool table and sitting area was a nice feature, as well as a spa and sauna.

It is a great little town. It wasn't too crowded when we were there. The room was nice. There were great places to eat nearby.

The showers were really small/short. We were on the top floor, so that may have had something to do with it. The restaurant for dinner was good although expensive.

The hotel has a good restaurant. As well, they have a very good breakfast option. It sits on the edge of the town and requires some walking to reach the city center. But, it is the perfect base for also visiting other towns.

great location! in the village centre but yet super quiet for sleeping and relaxing! the room is cozy and the bed very comfortable. For sauna in the spa you need to ask in advance (20 min to warm up) definitely good value for money! recommended!

Upon arrival, I was put in a room that hadn't been cleaned. Bed and towels were used, there were empty bottles in the room, and the toilet was dirty. That didn't make me happy after being for almost 15 hours on the road to reach the destination. However, this was solved quickly as I was offered one of the renovated rooms with built-in wall air conditioner (a necessity in France during the summer months).

The location was a big plus. Part of the 'Route des Vins' with easy access to the entire Alsace region and in a nice location in Ribeauvillé around a charming square. There were enough breakfast options and the food in the restaurant was of high quality. Local traditional dishes were available, such as baeckeoffe and choucroute. There's also a sauna and jacuzzi that can be used between 2.30pm and 8.30pm.

While I don’t expect air conditioning, the fans were a bit too small/weak for the height of summer in an attic room. I also wish the terrace wasn’t closed in the evening when it is still light out.

We stayed the the family room on an upper floor. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage and a very nice shower. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices.

Lovely clean room in the picturesque historical centre of Ribeauvillé, with a wonderful mix of authenticity and modernity. Dinner was also superb after a day in the saddle! Thanks for being so helpful to allow me to leave my bike in the garage.

Television was not working and we had to switch rooms ( for a less expensive without even offering to reduce the payment.

The only thing that was excellent was the restaurant, The room was spacious however poorly decorated.

The hotel is a very nicely adapted older building. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. There is no parking on site but there was excellent public parking very nearby
