It has nothing to do with the hotel, but it was impossible to find a taxi for the Casino. We took the bus, all dressed up.

The view from our room was amazing. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was very good.

Nothing is like the pictures of the hotel. The tower is extremely old and does not look very appealing. We booked the hotel because of the pictures as everything looked very new and modern. However, everything is pretty dusty and not so hygienic. The aisle to the room and the room itself stunk like walking down the aisle of a hospital and as no one has ever opened the windows. The hotel and its standard are more comparable to an Ibis *** Hotel and therefore everything was extremely overpriced and not worth the money at all!!!

The location of the hotel was great - about 10 min drive to Monte Carlo Center and the view from the balcony.

Stunning panoramic sea view. Receptionist Florian and the guy who helped us with the luggage were extremely kind and professional. We got best room on the 10th floor. We would recommend this place.

The pool was out of action, and we were not told this on booking. We would have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast was very ordinary. Staff seemed very disinterested in the bar and breakfast room.

The hotel in itself has many rooms for improvement, for instance it could hire a special outside contractor to deep clean (steam clean) all bathroom grout-tiles and remove the black stain. There is a broken granite tile on the lift that could be easily replaced and many other small things I picked up and it would be a shame if this great hotel deteriorate further with no attention.

We as a family enjoyed very much our stay at the Marriott, and we believe the staff made the whole experience be so great. We want to express gratitude in special to Johana at the concierge, she was lovely to us and looking after us through out our days there. The breakfast was lovely and the lady making omelette she did the best one I ever had, the whole team in the restaurant is just great.

The outdoor pool which was the main reason of our hotel choice is small, at the ground floor therefore not fully exposed to the sun. Breakfast is very basic, hotel and rooms are charmless. Absolutely NOT worth the price we paid. Also, we had a cancelled flight due to outstanding circumstances; the hotel refused to reimburse us the 2 nights (770€), despite my Platinum Elite membership status. I’m not going back to Marriott again.

The location is nice. It's right by the sea and 10 min walking distance from Monaco.

Hugely over priced, dirty furniture in lobby, small swimming pool, COVID restrictions in place but then a self serve buffet breakfast.

The hotel is clearly missing some TLC - some elements of the room were outdated and should be replaced (internal doors clearly remembering the 70s, bathrooms in general). Very poor sound proofing. But biggest problem was with house keeping - toiletries and amenities were not replenished on daily basis, I never received replacement face towels after I left them on the floor because I needed fresh ones. Drinking glasses - left dirty on my table throughout the entire stay, including an empty cocktail glass that I brought up from bar downstairs. Another unpleasant surprise was regarding charges on my room - I was charged for breakfast twice on one day even though my room was single occupancy.

The common areas - lobby, restaurants, terrace etc were renovated and very pleasant. Food was good quality, although I felt the breakfast was a bit overpriced at 26EUR. Rooms overall clean and good size, beds very comfortable. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Also, the location was excellent - right on the marina and a step away from Monaco.
