Lovely little apartment with everything we needed during our stay. It was close to the main transport routes and very close to the beach. The location was perfect for a break in Nice. Superb value for money.

Would be great if there was a fan in the bedroom for airflow, ended up sleeping on futon as AC is in main area and bedroom got a bit stuffy.

Great apartment in quieter area of Nice. Has all that you need - comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen with all appliances.

there was no possibility to park the car for a longer time or to unload the luggage without stress.

Everything was clean, all the needed supplies were given and it was very secure.

The location was excellent close to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The bakery, supermarket and greengrocer was 2 min walk. The apartment had everything you need, lovely shower. We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time.

There were a sign upon arrival saying there were shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper but that it was not going to be replaced once it finished. In fact there was no shampoo and no shower gel, and there was only one rolls of toilet paper for 5 days. i understand you don’t want to leave tons of paper there, but at least leave one for every 2 or 3 days. it was the first time in my life I had to go and buy toilet paper on holidays. Maybe is a French thing because washing up liquid was really at the end, there were no spare rubbish bags but they want us to throw rubbish outside. iron was damaged and was very hard to use.

The apartment is very well located, very short walk from buses and tram, as well short walk from the promenade. there is a supermarket one minute outside. The flat is small but has most of the things you need, is ideal for 2 people. it has iron and board, hairdryer, kettle and stove. the shower is sooo comfortable and the bed as well. the flat also has AC and heating.

It was all good

The location was excellent , minutes from the promenade and beach. Very easy to reach from the airport and close to the tram stop. Fantastic value for money , Appartment contained everything you need for a self catering break and the shower always had hot water .

No toilet roll - although a toilet roll and shower gel were stated as being provided - meant an urgent trip to the shop before we could go to the loo after a long journey. Only 2 hand towels and 1 bath towel for two people. We had to buy a beach towel so we could both shower.

Great location and value for money. Kitchen suitably equipped and a surprisingly decent-sized shower for such a dinky apartment. Delighted to have air con during a heatwave.

There was no shampoo, iron was demaged and the the door lock was difficult to use. But still, good value for the money.

Only given 1 toilet roll and 1 towel per person for 8 night stay, had a leaking ceiling which we understand was out of their control, however the host wanted us to resolve this problem ourselves by tempering with the water for the building including apartments they didn’t own, we were left with no water as they got a plumber to turn off and it was only as we kept pushing that no water was not good enough that they then decided to move us location at 11 at night to a better apartment which we appreciated however overall we still felt very upset with the lack of customer service we received

the property needs some maintenance, tv not working, microwave turntable does not turn, apartment door lock can be difficult to open.There is no smoke detector, the curtains could do with a good clean and the bed sags in the middle . it was stated that toiletries and rubbish bags would be provided, we had half a roll of toilet paper and one rubbish bag for 4 days. it is very difficult when travelling to purchase single items as most come in packs. it would be better to charge an extra 10 euro so that there is enough supplies for the length of your stay

the location was great, check in process was explained prior. The owner was very helpful in assisting with baggage storage. Good to have a washing machine

The apartment is better than in the pictures. Good location, easy to reach the apartment from the airport, the tram stop is just 5 minutes walking. Close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. Easy communication with Katya to get the keys. I highly recommend and hope to stay again on a future visit to Nice.
