We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germanyeverything was excellent.
This is one of the BEST hotels we've ever stayed at. It's quite small in terms of no. of rooms, very comfortable and has proper sound insulation. The rooms are also nicely decorated (we've stayed here 2 years in a row) and bathrooms are beautiful. All rooms have a terrace with chairs and a table, a nespresso machine + water boiler is available in each room. Parking is also possible in a large parking lot right in front of the hotel (<30 seconds on foot from the hotel). The breakfast is spectacular!! Every morning there is fresh home-made flan, plus one of the best omelets I've so far eaten (the quality of Corsican eggs is apparently next level). The hotel staff is also super-nice and helpful. One of the prettiest beaches in Corsica is approx. 5 minutes away on foot! As an additional tip: the family that owns the hotel also own the L'escale restaurant that is 4 minutes away -> it's spectacular! To wrap everything up: our 1 week holiday felt like a 2-3 week holiday in this hotel, it was that good!

SwitzerlandNothing to complain about. Just as a hint for owners: I would consume more from mini-bar if I could find non-alcoholic beer there. Also getting some milk for breakfast was a bit of challenge, but we solved it.
We stayed in the spacious "Amethyst" room on the top floor with a whirlpool. Wonderful hotel and great experience - much better then some others 5* hotels in Corsica. Here is why: + Exceptionally designed with exclusive materials and furniture (matter of taste, however) + Absolute top location - within 5 minutes walk you can find everything for good rest (watersports base, restaurants, shop, beach, promenade) + Great view to the harbor and train station (rare case when train station is a small nice clean building) + Free parking right in front of the building + High level of privacy, good sound insulation + Well-equipped apartment with kitchenette, wine glasses, champagne flutes, cups, cutlery, fridge with a freezer (!) + Spacious terrace with a whirlpool of unlimited use 24h, parasols, sunbeds, outdoor furniture + Finally fridge is full of drinks and snacks, also plenty of wine / sparking / champagne / water in small and full-sized bottles, also separate wine fridge. + Dedicated air conditioning with separate control for each room + Bathroom with window, rain shower and WC separated

A really wonderful hotel - the interior and design is exquisite and feels absolutely luxurious. The room is very spacious as well as the bathroom, which is kept in wonderful marble design. And the smell of honey everywhere is absolutely wonderful :) We felt very comfortable here during our stay and would definitely come back!

We had an exceptional stay at the Hôtel Rocabella. We would DEFINITELY return. This hotel is about a year old and they have given a lot of effort to details. Walking into the hotel the scent is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Exquisite rooms as well as the materials chosen for the facilities, we had a great view of the ocean. We would definitely come again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Rocabella is a modern, stylish and beautifully decorated hotel. The attention to detail is superb. It is extremely clean, well located and very comfortable. The products are a high quality and the bedding is a very high standard. Best night's sleep ever. Our room had a fabulous rain shower, massive comfortable bed, terrace overlooking the sea. We were so happy! We spent 2 weeks in the North of Corsica & this was our favourite room out of 5 hotels that we stayed in. The owner and all the other family members who work at the hotel are very friendly, always happy, very kind and they make you feel welcome, safe & happy. We were so happy there, we did not want to leave. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Rocabella. I hope to see you and meet you again in the future.

FranceThe jacuzzi can be a bit noisy at night even when one's not fully using it, so if one has very light sleep it may take a bit getting used to, but the staff did help us as much they could with managing it.
All the staff was exceptional in their service. They did their absolute best to make us comfortable and helps us at every step, and we had a delightful stay all week. The breakfast buffet is great and always well supplied (we did not try the room service breakfast, we def. will next time though). The suite has a great view and a big lovely balcony, and the jacuzzi is in impeccable condition. The hotel is right at the edge of the main city center, about just two blocks away you start finding all the restaurants, shops and activities. It is right next to the train station (which is small and incredibly quiet, not even noticeable noise-wise), so if you're visiting the northern beaches it is very convenient. The beach next to it is mostly nautical and I never saw anyone swimming there (but you can rent watersport equipment or book guided marine activities), but a couple streets away down the main road you find the main beach of the town which is large, spotless and beautiful.
