There was some noise with people around until the early hours of the morning. We were aware that may have been the case and were fine with it but appreciate it may not be for everyone, especially those looking for a quieter stay!

The room was lovely, clean and fairly quiet. The location was perfect in the Old Town and so central to everything that you didn't need to walk for for food, entertainment or the seafront. Staff were very nice and helpful with leaving luggage and giving us early access to the room.

No elevator. No vehicular access; had to walk short distance from taxi drop-off to hotel.

I liked a lot about the hotel and would go back. The following constructive feedback would have made my stay even better 1) better lighting in the room 2) illuminate the step in the bathroom with lights 3) have hooks on the side of the wardrobe/safe unit to enable longer items of clothing to be hung 4) have better toiletries and 5) have coffee makers in the room (I know facilities are available but I would have liked it in my room)

Great small hotel , very well located and close to everything markets , coast , resturants . The owner made us feel very welcome and we had a fantastic stay in nice and at this hotel , hopeful we will return and explore more of this coast line . Many thanks Graham & Karen

The curtains were very thin, we did manage to close the external shutter to keep out light during the night however the hinges seemed worn. The toilet is very small.

Quiet room, very clean. great location in the heart of the Old Town. Shower was very effective.

It’s in the heart of vieux Nice and walking distance to cafes, shops etc. I loved the location and the cafe Hobo right next door was my local. Beautiful interior, very calming coming back from the crowds. Lovely rooms, very comfortable bed. And the staff were very warm and friendly. I would love to come back.

The bed on the mezzanine and not having a bedside table each side. We weren’t expecting stairs to the mezzanine. If you need the facilities at night, you need to watch your footing. Wouldn’t be great if guests had knee or hip issues.

The staff was wonderful. Very welcoming. I had a flight change that required a 3:30 taxi pickup. Due to the location in the old town I had to walk out to meet the taxi. The hotel made the reservation and provided very detailed help to make sure I knew how to get there. I was a bit concerned walking alone at that hour but the club scene in Nice ensured that there were many people out and about.

Very centrally located and was easy to explore most of the Nice on foot.  Room was simple, but very comfortable and a highlight was the lovely terrace they have where you can sit and have breakfast in morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Staff extremely helpful and kind.
