the food smell when we first came into flat. took a long time to go. floors very dirty/dusty and finger marks all over balcony glass window and door to sitting room. carpets in entry way and corridors of the building could use a good clean or be changed!

spacious apartment. bed was very comfortable. balcony was a plus. very functional flat, Shane no washing machine in flat (only downstairs) - last floor so no noise which was bliss! (except for one night with people partying)

Not super central, but it is also not far away from metro and RER. Good compromise between disneyland and paris center.

The front door - having to ring doorbell after 8pm Some useful kitchen utensils were missing - chopping board, small cutting knife and bottle opener.

The balcony, comfortable, plenty of space, great facilities.

If staff took the situation more seriously, this could be stay for 10 !!! What do you say when you find yourself stuck in an elevator with your family? After moving and pushing the door, after calming the small children not to cry, luckily the door opened! In the wish to inform the receptionist regarding situation, I received the answer that he knows about it and that the elevator is out of order from 16.00. We got stuck around 1 a.m. So for 9 hours no one posted a warning on the elevator that is out of order !! No comment! Consequences could be very serious! The next morning someone (probably a cleaning lady) opened the front door without knocking and left it open when she realized we were inside. That conditioned us to leave earlier that morning even we were planning a letter check out. No comment!

My only (and personal) complain is the parking. Someone has to go to front desk to ask for it to open, while the other one driving around (it's located in oneway street), the automatic door didn't keep open for very long either. It's all a bit of faff really. It happens for driving the car in and out. Apart from that, everything is fine.

The apartment is very spacious, the room and the beds are all very comfy. There are shops close by. We liked it very much!

We sent a message to the property the day before arriving in order to have the sofa bed prepared for the children, but when we arrived at 10pm it was not done and had to do it ourself.

This is perfect location for those wanting to visit Paris but also want tranquility at the end of the day. we love the space for family to have privacy and yet enjoy time together in a relaxing environment which is private. We visited Regency appartements in November and we’re impressed by the cleanliness, space, privacy and very helpful staff. This weekend was just as impressive. We have booked again for Easter weekend!!

One night, there was an incident with a false smoke alarm in the neighboring room. It was dealt with the next morning, and everything was fine after that.

As expected, the apartment was spacious and well equipped.

1. I was not able to pay in cash even when I asked by email, I didn’t get any response. 2. When I arrived, I asked about the parking space, they said it is not free, but that day was public holiday… so I went to pay using the parking machine and it didn’t work, I thought it was broken, so I looked up for another one, the same thing happened. I tried several times but nothing, then someone in a car saw me struggling with that machine when he said it is free until the next day after tomorrow.

Very clean and neat. Even when there was no corkscrew, sadly for me, there were enough kitchen utensils to prepare and serve food.
