Check in was very slow due to paperwork needing to be completed. Accommodation was good but apartments varied in layout and sizing with some bedrooms quite tight and unable to fit the requested cot in. Dining chairs were uncomfortable to sit in due to their padding being very worn. Equipment in kitchen was missing some items with numbers of items being erratic. No welcome notes or check out instructions provided in room meaning we had to ask re process and what domestic chores were expected of us. One of the apartments we had had a very large balcony which was lovely but the on-going building work meant cables and water pipes ran across it causing a danger to children. All room views were affected by building works. Kitchen had most equipment required but one of ours was missing the vital corkscrew and neither had chopping boards. Some cutlery and mugs were also short in supply and despite asking in advance, there were no tea towels and only one dishwasher tablet. As others have mentioned the walk from the metro and mainline stations is around 20 mins but the surrounding areas make this an enjoyable part of the stay and there are buses available along the main route. We used the local Indian for a takeaway which was good and the local bakes/patisserie shop around the corner was worth the trip out every morning.

The place is a bit far away from both metro stops. 15 minutes away walking. Keep that in mind if walking long distance is not your thing. Still not a problem tho, nice way to enjoy a walk through the city.

This place was very nice! It worked for our family since it’s more of an apartment style stay than hotel. Kitchen came into use very well. When exiting the place to the right, there are lots of markets to shop from and get food. Center city is about a 15-20 min train ride. Was very comfortable!

The elevator door got stuck on the second floor several times. The dishwasher didn’t work even though the maintenance person tried to fix it so we just washed them by hand.

The radiator in the living room wouldn't work and it was cold when we stayed there, it worked in the other rooms though. The wifi never worked for us. The channels on the tv didn't always work.

We had a one bedroom unit. There was ample storage, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet at night. The kitchen was small but efficient. Everything was very clean. The property is located away from many restaurants and cafes but that made it quiet. It's located where people actually live, not work. So, to get to the metro station, bus or to cafes, you have too walk at least 15 minutes. There's a wonderful boulangerie across the street and another one about two blocks away. It felt like a very safe area to walk around at night. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

The lift was not working and we had to use the stairs, even though my room was on the 2nd floor which is not that high, it was very tiring to go up and down the round staircase.

A breakfast/snack buffet would be great, where you could buy something small to eat and drink.

A newly renovated building with excellent infrastructure. The studio apartment is ideal for single travelers or couples and offers everything you need, including kitchen utensils and ecological paper towels (toilet, kitchen). The studio and bathroom were very clean, very spacious and simple, but well furnished. 2 wardrobes for clothes. Very comfortable bed, not too soft, which I prefer. Very convenient that you can do laundry in the hotel. The staff is very helpful and speaks very good English. The remodeling wasn't finished yet, so the gym and bar area weren't open yet, but will definitely be top notch when finished. Highly recommended!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. There is enough space for your clothes. Friendly staff wants to make sure that a guest feels well, despite of the ongoing renovation in the building. Great with parking on the site, cheaper than other places in the city. Kitchen equipment - everything on place. Calm neighborhood - imagine opening the window 🪟 in Paris at night and hearing silence!

Staff were a little stern, there was no cot in the room as requested on the first night and nobody to ask after we had checked in and realised this. Renovation work going on was noisy and smelly and the balconies weren't accessible during our stay which was a shame. No discount offered to compensate for this. The parking garage is a little tight to navigate in and out of.

Apartment was extremely pleasant and spacious and very clean. Great location and parking available. Beds were comfortable.
