The location in Cap D’Ail is good. Private parking. The apartment is not big, but the sea view from the terrace is very good. Nice infinity pool.

If you are in the upper floor app, then you could take in consideration, that sometimes the elevator does not work. Many stairs. Maybe ask for lower appartment.

There are so many things it’s almost embarrassing. All the apartments are built into a very steep hill. The massive hill and steps to get up to the apartment was not in the description. All apartments were accessed by many wooden steps and wooden decking and 3 very slow lifts. The lifts are accessed via the car park and steep hilll. The hill and car park had no pavement so pedestrians had to walk in the road with their cases and an oncoming car could hit them. If you aren’t in section one you have a massive walk just to get to the appropriate lift. There are no smoke alarms in the flats. There were no fire extinguishers anywhere on the site as well. Anyone disabled or with walking difficulties would be in serious trouble. Imagine if there was a fire in the car park which is directly under all the wood, and all the apartments are above the wood - a very scary prospect. At night there were no working lights that showed the clear way to the apartments. External light switches were not working. No code was given to get into the block on the first evening. We weren’t allowed into the apartment until 16:00, no one was at the reception so we had to waste more time waiting around. The advertised apartment said 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds. It was actually a 2 person sofa bed. We wanted 3 beds. The description was untrue, and the sofa bed was not made up. We also got no hand towels. I had to ring up booking.com to force the owner to give us a 3 bedroom apartment. All the luggage bags were left in the office, one bag was left behind when collecting them all in the evening. It was picked up at 7:30 AM the following day which was very inconvenient. Both apartments had no wardrobes for clothes and no hanging space - incredible. The second bedroom had no door and no electric plug socket. The sofa bed was not made up. No hand towels were provided again. Not all lights were working in the apartment. The bathroom mirror was too high.

Clean. Not too expensive. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds.

Nothing really except internet. Hope Sara will take ownership off the top floor were Pierreetvacances had the reception and small restaurant.

Love Costa Plana and the stunning view from there been here few times last 25 years and lot of improvement since Pierre et vacances. Plage de Mala is also the most beautiful beach at the Riviera.

I came in july so it was very hot outside so the pool was lovely. I came again at the end of September and with 25/27 degrees outside, the pool is kinda cold. The place would be the best place in the french riviera if the pool was climatized, but still. I will be back.

Everything about this place is perfect, i absolutely love the views. Its my second time staying here and it sure won't be the last.
