We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is an exceptionally good hotel - wonderful value for money - I booked it last minute as a getaway break and I was so happy I did. Great hospitality- very clean room - pretty terrace for a lovely breakfast- and a 30 second (yes 30 second!) walk to beautiful Pampelonne beach, where there are some very good beach restaurants for lunch. Saint Tropez is a short drive- but although I love Saint Tropez and its busy harbour and all the glitz - it’s so good to come back to this pretty oasis of calm.

GermanyThe room on the first floor had a terrible smell, like something wet and old. At the same time, the bathroom was quite recently renovated and clean. The blanket was so old that it was unpleasant to even touch it.
Clean hotel, daily room service, good breakfast (extra charge), 1 minute to the most beautiful beach in Saint Tropez, good and cheap restaurant just 5 minutes walk. It was very quiet and comfortable to be there. The hotel staff is very friendly and always helpful. Private parking.

Lovely,traditional ,amazing location ,friendly. Would of liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the pillows need changing ( they’re too hard for me anyway) but apart from that it’s lovely 😊 this place has massive potential if it had some money spent on it.it’s well equipped with lovely shampoo conditioner ect that smell beautiful. Great property for the price.

SwitzerlandWe stayed in the room on the ground floor, it was one of the cheapest one, i guess as it was booked last minute and we couldn't change it. And for those money you can't expect more in that area. The room was very basic and had a very weird smell inside. The personnel tried to fix it but with no success. But again , even in that room, the bathroom was newly renovated and bright clean. The mattress was very comfortable enough hangers in the wardrobe, and fresh towels every day. So, to be honest, we had a great stay. Thank you 😊
Almost everything was great. The personal is very helpful. Kitchen lady, who served us a breakfast outside of our room was amazing! Her omelet were one of the best i ever eaten. And we really liked our small private area in front of the room.

Absolutely outstanding location one hundred metres from Tahiti Beach. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and sea view. Every aspect of the service is exquisite: Madame even produces a handwritten invoice when you check out! Excellent breakfast. There is no restaurant for dinner, but there are a range of options within walking distance. Not cheap, but special, and excellent value for money.

Czech RepublicWhat was slightly annoying is the €5 water in the minibar. It should be either free or 1-2eur. Also there are a few rules which are banning you from this and that. Would appreciate a little more positive attitude on this side :) I would rather hear what I can do and how can I enjoy my stay rather than being barked at by notices hanging on walls etc etc it’s not a rowdy hotel and I think the clientele knows hot to behave. Breakfast menu should be a little more welcoming as well.
This was honestly such a great hotel with a beyond exceptional location. The Tahiti beach is a minute walk from my room and it was basically empty with a few people around. The weather was perfect. The hotel itself is very comfortable. The room is clean, spacious, comfy and well maintained. I don’t mind the slightly old fashioned decor as long as it is maintained and kept clean. Which it definitely is. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. There is free parking available without hassle.

Very close to the beach, with a kind personnel and owner (feels like home). room was spacious, fan coil aircon worked perfectly. bathroom was large and super clean. A very elegant private beach is in front of the hotel on the beach, reserve in advance for a dinner, it is mostly fully sold out for weeks. prices are ok.
