Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was right beside the Beauvais airport shuttle, 24hr front desk so we were greeted warmly when we checked in at midnight! Very close to metro, Arc de Triumph and lots of lovely streets & restaurants. Great value too - we will be back :)

I’d say the part where there was no lift on our side of the building so we had to go up a flight of stairs on our own but that was perfectly fine.

The street was very loud, but luckily the windows had excellent sound insulation, so when they were closed, it was very peaceful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as well, we just walked most places, but we were also very close to all sorts of public transport. I would for sure stay again!

The Breakfast was excellent! Everything was fresh, and wonderfully tasty. The Staff was extraordinarily helpful in every way, especially in offering assistance with directions, and recommendations for dining. The Room was clean and comfortable, with a great city view. The location of the Hotel is excellent! It is steps from the Metro, and a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Additionally there are ample shopping and dining options in the neighborhood.

The last night the light of my room was deliberately tripped off. I paid for a room with two bads. There is light at the corridor but not in my room. I it was a marketing strategy to remove me for another offer may be because I will be leaving that night. The room I was changed to was small and dirty. I should be changed to a room proportional to what I paid. I didn’t like that.

The breakfast was good. But the person in charge appears strict, with choices of meals. I like croissants so much any not the dry bread. I like chicken sousage and not ham. The portions of what I like was small

I like the location near airport shuttle, near transport and 15 minutes by feet to Triumphal arch. The hotel ia excellent.

The hotel is not so close to the center, but it's Paris... also the metro 1 is 3 minutes by walk from the hotel, not a big deal.

The room was clean and new. I don't have any particular remarks to do, but I'll definitely go back.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Saint Cyr Etoile and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived around 1600hrs, it became evident that this would be a stay to forget. First and foremost, the air-conditioning in my room was inoperable. Considering I had booked during the unexpected summer heatwave period, this was a critical issue. I immediately called the front desk to inform them of the problem, expecting prompt assistance. Unfortunately, my call was met with indifference from the hotel front desk. The night front desk staff was rude and with a lack of empathy. He even mentioned that I could cancel the hotel stay if I was not satisfied with the room's condition. He was least bothered to assist me in solving the Aircond condition even though I told him I was staying with children. We ended up sleeping with windows open since the room temperature became unbearable for 4 pax.

The only positive about this hotel is the location.

My stay with Hotel Saint Cyr Etoile was really good. Perfect location if you're coming late at night from Beauvais Airport, as the shuttle bus stop is about 5-7 min walk away. Upon arrival, the receptionist was super nice and kind. The room size was ok for 1-2 persons, and everything was very clean. AC and WiFi also worked well.

I booked this hotel for being 3 minutes away from the Paris-Beauvais shuttle and from the photos and reviews on the site, it seemed just fine for 1 night. I was traveling with my husband and grandparents and booked 2 rooms. When we got there, the receptionist told us there are 2 sides of the building, and to access the left side (4th floor), where our room was, we had to get off the elevator on the 3rd floor and then take the stairway, which was a narrow, spiral staircase (not very suitable or accessible for old people or luggages). When we got to the room, the floor was tilted, so when you sat on the bed it seemed like you were slowly falling from it. It looked like an old attic turned into a room. The bathroom wasn't very clean and with an old tub which was kind of difficult to access (my husband actually slipped and fell in it, cut his leg on the nicked glass). At night you could hear every noise from the street (it was actually noisy from the bars and restaurants nearby). All in all, definitely not worth the money! Very expensive for what it has to offer!
