Cleanliness was lacking a little. The information card behind the kettle was full of tea stains. Could simply be wiped down (which I did), but cleaning staff didn’t seem to care. There were also water stains on the toilet seat after room service

Terrible breakfast - we paid for bed and breakfast and here it means one single croissant or something, you have to pay for the rest and if you like something hot you have to wait until they open the kitchen, which was definitely after 8am, maybe even later, I don't remember exactly.

Great location, good for staying overnight, but you won't want to spend much time in the room.

The neighbourhood was noisy at night and the room doesn't have good sound insolation.

The place is really nice and comfy, well equiped and the location is great for visiting the city.

The side streets near the hotel were quite noisy during the night and very early morning. The hotel was not at fault for this as the noise stemmed from early refuse collection and the nearby café setting up their outdoor furniture each morning. It didn’t bother us particularly but for more sensitive sleepers it may be an issue.

Nice cosy hotel with good facilities, the wifi in particular was better than expected. Property was centrally located in close proximity to the old port and adjacent to the city’s tram & metro network. The hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful.

We were two friends traveling, so we needed a room with 2 single beds, which were very small. One of us is a very light sleeper, so even though the windows block noise quite well, she woke up early with the street noise and the tram starting to operate.

Very cute hotel, perfect location, very clean and comfortable. Everything works well, great shower! The balcony view is awesome!

Onlyly paper cups provided for tea & coffee in room - disappointing- ended up borrowing china cups from restaurant nea rby (cousin's). Only 2 teabags per day provided (1 English Breakfast & 1 herbal) luckily brought our own! Only 3 pillows provided for a couple (were we supposed to fight over the 3rd?)

Amazing location - lovely French balconies (we had 2!) overlooking square. Spacious room with sofa - nice space. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent sized ensure bathroom. Kettle in room tea and coffee (limited).

Fantastic location in the middle of everything you could want. Pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops, markets right on the doorstep. Lovely room with a beautiful French view. Easy check in and great staff.

Little space in the lobby and the corridors. Steep small stairs lead to the attic where this room is located. Best to book this if you're traveling only with hand luggage or just a backpack. We had heavy suitcases and it was rather hard to drag them upstairs. There is an elevator up to 5th floor, but the attic rooms are on 6th. Also, the shower is almost under the rafters so tall people you'll wash your hair while kneeling :D One rafter is near the toilet so try to keep your head safe from bumping into it.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, near the harbour and tram/bus/metro, also plenty of restaurants with nice food around the hotel. Clean and neat, well-lit, practical room. There was an electric kettle and free tea in the room. Comfortable beds. Cosy to sit at the table under the roof. We liked it here.

Staircase and hallways sometimes pitch black as motion lights were very slow to come on.
