Location was incredibly close to the port, with a nice view (exactly like the picture). Room was big, with nice natural light. The parking is not too far from the hotel (7 min walk) and is just 11,00€ per day WITH Hotel's agreement, instead of 30,00€ per day. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. We definitely recommend this place.

Tight quarters, dark and minimalist. No lobby to speak of and as the rooms were small no where to gather with our travelling companions .

I would struggle to find anything to fault this place. It's not an exceptional stay that will leave your jaw hanging, just a very very solid hotel - as it advertises.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful, all the facilities were working perfectly. An amazing stay in the heart of Marseille.

Breakfast options were quite minimal. There was a slightly strange smell in the bathroom.

Great balcony with a view of the busy streets of Marseille. Staff were lovely and helpful.

    Cramped shower

The hotel was a classic old hotel that has been modernised on the inside. So the best of both worlds.

Although the hotel is very well situated for the "Vieux Port" , it's almost impossible to get there by car / taxi. We were dropped off close to the hotel and had to walk a few minutes. When we went to the airport, we couldn't get picked up from the hotel, we had to walk to a "meeting point" , a few minutes walk. If you travel light it's not so bad but if you have lots of luggage or heavy luggage , it's not easy.

Very close to the Vieux Port in a very interesting area. Lovely looking hotel with lots of charm. Friendly personnel

The surrounding area that is in the back of the hotel feels very shady and unsafe. However, this area can be avoided, we just didn't know and coming from the airport our taxi driver got lost and ended up passing by the ugliest streets at night, even he recommended us to avoid walking through that area.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in two different kind of rooms: 1 night in the small attic room (which I wouldn't recommend for more than one night), the other two nights in a room with a balcony which was way nicer (worth the extra bucks). The hotel is well located close to eateries and public transport. However, some of the streets in the surroundings feel shady at night, but this seems to be a general trait of Marseille. If you call an uber to pick you up at the hotel they might have trouble finding it, this is because the street where it is located is mostly pedestrian and has a very narrow road, this can be solved by walking a few meters from the entrance and meeting your driver there. There is a very nice restaurant/bar inside the hotel where you can have evening drinks or even a proper meal. Super friendly staff. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The phone stopped working altogether when there is no wifi, and internal emergency line doesn’t work either when there is no wifi, it is a serious safety concern for those in need. The room has no kettle, despite the website stated it was included. Floor is indeed quite dirty.

breakfast was a bit disappointing because for $12 Euros, eggs aren’t included, but the freshly squeezed orange juice made up for it. Good location.

I think the only thing I would recommend to improve on would be the floor cleanliness. But other than that everything was perfect!

Absolutely loved the hotel staff. They were amazing and very very helpful! Especially the hotel manager, Lauren and Badi.
