The location is excellent. Not on a busy road but walking distance to everywhere you need to visit in Lourdes. Our host was gorgeous, so friendly and helpful. She recommended some delicious restaurants around the area.

WiFi was poor

Good breakfast, welcoming to pilgrims, flexible with languages, free parking. Close to the Shrine and other sites. The doors doors were open with staff in the lobby most of the day, and then a code was used to enter after hours, great for being able to come and go from the Shrine early and late

No shower curtain- water everywhere on bathroom floor after showering. The wet floor tiles make it susceptible to accidents! I have two knee replacements and was so scared I would slip and fall. We used all our towels on the floor to mop up the water. While I dried my hair the floor was cool and damp. We asked for a shower curtain and was told the management preferred no shower curtains because they get dirty. The management prefers to just wash the towels. So when you receive clean towels, you don’t use them for yourselves because you need them to wipe up the water on the floor! The Wi-Fi was good at the receptionist desk but terrible in our room.

The WiFi wasn't strong enough to reach my room. However that wasn't an issue because I was there to hike and do sighseeing.

I loved how simple the clean the room was. I loved that there was an air conditioning. It's also in an amazing location, right across from the Basilica

I would have loved to have seen a restaurant with an evening dinner available rather than eating out but must say that Christine had no objection to me bringing in something to eat and choosing wherever I wished to eat it.

The breakfast was excellent beautifully and cheerfully served, always with offers of more of everything. As much as you wanted.

Christine is the most beautiful hostess you could hope for. The best part is feeling her warmth and welcome. The hotel was within a few minutes walk to the start of the sanctuary so was really convenient. Enjoyed the little continental breakfast that we had in the lovely breakfast room. Do not miss the gorgeous yoghurt that is sourced from local farms. Just perfect to start the morning. Thank you for your hospitality Christine.

One of the party had a leak in bathroom but it was sorted to be fair

Great central location and good sized rooms One of party has walking issues and uses wheelchairs hoc so great lift available albeit quite small it was adequate Good sized car park although we didn't drive and can't comment on food as we ate out every day Would happily stay again and recommend

Old fashioned Lourdes Guest House seemed perfect place to stay in Lourdes. Room simple but beautiful. Very clean and room tasteful , all you needed was provided and lovely bathroom. Very peaceful hotel and location superb. View of the town and river-tranquil. Did not have breakfast but dining area looked beautiful and lovely balcony/vernanda to sit and have coffee if guest wanted. Receptionist very helpful and everything was clear from the beginning. Great place to stay visiting Lourdes . Access to everything you needed . Highly recommend

Large space. Clean. Comfortable. Great location, practically at the entrance to the Grotto. Beautiful view outside window and in dining hall. Good breakfast. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Christine is wonderful.

The location is moments from the Domain. Mme Christine is a great host - pleased to greet and help guests. The room was spotless with windows opening on to the sound of the river. The French breakfast was served promptly and individually! Will stay again. Casa Italia just around the corner offers good quality lunches and dinners. Will stay again!

All was perfect for us!

The location was ideal for our visit in Lourdes - Walking distance to the sanctuary and also very peaceful at night. The owner is a very welcoming lady who is always available to help when required. All staff are very polite. The room is very clean and fit for the purpose of short stays. I would definitely stay there again and would also recommend it. 😊

It was clean, comfortable, and very close to the main sights at Lourdes. Christine was incredibly warm and welcoming and made our stay extra special. We would definitely stay again.

Perhaps opportunity to relax in a bar area. Lots of wonderful sitting spaces but no real bar. However, mine host provided cool beer at the end of a busy day.

Perfect start to the day, sufficient to keep you going until evening.
