The staff were so friendly and professional and clearly did their best to make the stay the best possible experience for us. The food was exceptional especially the tasting menu.

This hotel is perfect for a romantic escape in the middle of nature. Everything was outstanding: the view, the room, friendly staff, the restaurant (Michelin Star, very creative cuisine).

A minor point in that there is a very steep drive up to the car park.

Elegant hotel in the mountains about 30 minutes outside Aix en Provence. Beautiful mountain location. Michelin-rated restaurant.

Allowing guests to smoke on the terrace during breakfast and mealtimes put us off. I know this is a cultural issue but we chose not to eat there after the first day. A real pity as it was gorgeous.

This really is a gem of a find. A wonderful location with views over the mountains and Pablo Picasso's chateau. The hotel is modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Staff were exceptional. It has a lovely pool for cooling off and the restaurant was superb. The location is brilliant for exploring the whole area including Aix etc. We will be back!

The location was so stunning, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast and dinner were exquisite. Overall, we would 100% stay here again! It was a great value for all that was offered.

I cannot think of one thing. Booking wants me to say something to fill this box, but for the life of me I cannot think of one thing that could be improved. I know that may sound impossible, but see for yourself.

The desk staff was more than welcoming. If you didn't feel special before you arrived, you would after special afterwards. The entire facility was impeccably maintained and clean. Our room facing south provided amazing views of the mountains. The facility was also close to many walking/hiking trails. Car park was secure and provide ample space for our vehicle. My wife and I were dumbfounded that we found such a wonderful place to stay on the fly through Booking.com. If you want to stay out of the city, this is the place for you. Quiet and Beautiful.

Small room, poor sound proofing, no milk for coffee. No surfaces to place anything. A few poorly functioning items such as above bed light and leaking old fashioned shower hose. No bathroom extraction so mirror misted for ages. Amazingly despite the price the small complementary water, one bottle between two people was not replaced for the second day of our stay because there was 1/4 bottle left.

Found the location slightly isolated. Very quiet area with a small village nearby. Not many options for food other than eating in the hotel which was expensive. Ideal short break though.

Extremely clean and with helpful staff. Facilities were good. Staff were very helpful overcoming a problem we encountered.

Rather small room, balcony literally on the swimming pool. Sadly no kettle available but lovely and very helpful late bar staff. Disappointed that such a fancy place had no food at all available for a late arrival (9:30pm) on a Thursday night. Breakfast staff completely useless and breakfast offer really pitiful.

Clean and modern room, thankfully with air conditionning.
