If I had a small criticism I would say the cabins were a bit small for a longer stay

Everything! The location is wonderful and a great concept using a houseboat! The food and drink were great and it was wonderful to enjoy a local beer on the deck watching life in Verdun go by!

I had to buy shower gel at the supermarket as there was none in the room, and I didn't want to disturb the staff who had closed up by the time I realised this.

Breakfast was excellent (although unclear on Booking whether it ws included or not).

Convenient central location, unusual venue but with well appointed cabin. Just a few cabins, so felt individual. Pleasant bar/breakfast area and rear deck.

Breakfast was limited but it was explained that it was due to a group that basically ate the entire buffet. The hotel managed some solution for us. One mattress was rather at the end of its lifecycle as it was worn out.

Absolutely unique feeling on a boat where obviously one expects not too spacious rooms. The rooms are at water line so that you wake up by looking ducks straight into the eyes. The design of the rooms and its equipment is great.

If I have to say anything is that we missed some cheese or charcuterie during breakfast. There were a lot of sweet options though.

I loved waking up and seeing the water flowing... The room was very cosy, as well as the deck (in summer we would have definitely stayed on deck a little longer, but it was quite cold during our visit ). There is a bar on the boat with sufficient choice of drinks. Overall a great experience. A great couple retreat.

We didn't realise that we were staying on a boat so the bedrooms were a little small. We had difficulty finding the hotel. Steep steps down to the quayside. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No bread left at 9.00am and no choice of cheese or ham as expected in France.

There was paid parking across the street. We're not sure if there was any free parking (it didn't look like it). But we also didn't spend a ton of time looking due to traffic and a 3 hour drive.

This is such a cool little hotel. The rooms were decorated so well. It has a great vibe. The rooms were clean and the the bed was so comfortable. The rooms were on the small side but expected... you're on a boat. The location was really close to restaurants and bars. I loved that we could have drinks outside on the boat as well.

We didn't know about the steep stone steps to get to the boat. Breakfast was so-so, especially the coffee.

A bit cramped. And small touches. The beautiful hanging bedside lamps just need a hook to draw them over so that we can read comfortably in bed. The shower was VERY dark!
