How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Air conditioning not working, food at the breakfast was not fresh (vegetables) and some products were missing or not refilled, e.g. jam was empty, no more croissants, or juice. I hate scrambled eggs from powder.

The car park price is extra not included to hotel, metro is not near I have to say. breakfast was too sweet, it's very hard to find salty things. I understand it's French breakfast but still I would expect more

The hotel is situated right on the Quay with very dense traffic. The rooms were too hot for a good night’s rest. They have airco but only heating was functional and could not effectively be lowered. We stopped the ventilation altogether and cooled the room with open window but during the night this was unsustainable. Too bad.
Coveniently located vis-à-vis Fondation Louis Vuitton in Bois de Boulogne at a brisk 20-30’ walk. Excellent and affordable 🅿️ at 200m. The ‘quartier’ in which the hotel is situated, called PUTEAUX, is surprisingly lively and pleasant. It clearly is being ‘gentrified’, with all the (dis)advantages that come with the process. Bars and eateries sprawling, yet well lined with groceries shops and the like. Personnel at reception very kind and helpful.

There was only one English station on the TV and it was CNBC, another less business heavy channel would be good.
The hotel was very clean and modern, beds were very comfortable, bathroom and shower were excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. The Puteaux area where the hotel is located is lovely with lots of restaurants and excellent transport links.

If I need to name something that was not so good was that the shower took a while to get warm. It was not easy to get to my desired temperature. It was either just too warm or just too cold.
The staff was really friendly and very helpful and gave useful information. The room was spacious and clean. There is a good parking garage around the corner that is also affordable. The breakfast was complete and good.

No smart TV provided. I was looking for a boiled egg for my baby in night so that I can feed him, unfortunately it was being said to bring it from supermarket and the time was 10 PM then.I suppose they could have provide it. Coffee pouch has been provided but no milk as complementary,which I felt bit odd.
Location was very good. Rooms were neat and clean.Breakfast spreads were reasonably good.

Location was safe, metro was 15min walk away and nearest bus stop almost next to the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast was really good. No complaints, would happily visit again. Can recommend this hotel for families!

Relatively close to OECD, great location wise for proximity to a number of venues, sites, etc. Great wifi, tiny shower, not the best elevator and carrying suitcases can get tricky, but amazing personnel making my stay wonderful! The room with double bed, was clean , bathroom well appointed but could have been a bit cramped for a couple
This is the first time I have used Best Western and I was very impressed. It provided me with what I needed which is somewhere to rest while exploring Paris. Breakfast excellent, quiet with a bus stop just across the road Reasonable local restautrants
