The safe in our room didn't work. Another guest said theirs did not work either. The tea and coffee in the room was not replenished daily and the cups were not washed.

The hotel provides a good self serve continental breakfast. A teapot would be a great addition. The towels were replaced daily and were fluffy and of good quality.

Wifi on 5th floor is almost zero. Not something you expect at 250e/night at a business hotel. The worst service provided by a woman on my checkout (29/09): making me wait to assist others (who arrived later than me), making assumptions directly to my face that I'm not planning to pay (and I don't know - am I expected to run away with a bill?), speaking of me distracting her, making 'faces' when I remind her about wanting to leave my bag. Very disappointing, because I didn't have issues with other people there and it was an impression spoiled at the very last moment of the stay. The breakfasts are very poor. And I once had a rotten egg. Also there is never enough water to boil them and no one does anything about it, when asked.

Everything needed, except wifi. Comfortable and clean. The rooms are a quite small, but there is everything needed. Good location for me.

The rooms are a little on the small side, so it could be a bit tight if there are two of you. There are also no mini fridges in the room to keep drinks cool.

The hotel is close to the Metro, which made it easy to get into the centre of Paris, there is also a good selection of shops nearby for food and drinks. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms are nice, I liked the bathroom especially. Small fridge in the room was also nice to have. Metro station just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and parking (which we did not need) in the courtyard. Good value for money.

Near Parc des Princes for football. Clean, tidy, air conditioning system worked well. Comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Decent breakfast for €11.

We stayed at the hotel to go to Rock En Seine music festival. The location was perfect for going to the festival- we walked there in less than 30 mins. On the days we were not at the festival we took the metro to the city, which is right beside the hotel. Line 9 gets you to the Eiffel Tower and arc de triumph directly. You can switch to line 1 for more central areas easily. We went to Versailles on another day and the hotel location for this was perfect. We walked 5-10 mins to the 171 bus which took us directly there. We bought our tickets online and doing this and making our own way saved us a lot of money! The room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly. There is a carrefour 10 mins from the hotel. Hippopotamus steakhouse is also on the street. The price of cafes is cheaper than central Paris.

It was a great choice. It is not near the center of Paris, but it is well connected, and the area is nice and has all you may need. It was also near the festival we were attending.

They didn’t have some things I expected, for example there were no ironing facilities in the room, even though this is listed on the website. But it wasn’t a major issue.

I liked how accessible the property was, it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants and the metro. The room was nice, bed was comfortable too and the staff were accommodating when I asked for a later check out.
