We used Uber to get from the station and back but their maps system couldn't find the address. Both times the driver parked outside the building directly behind the apartment.

Excellent location. Perfect to wander around Colmar. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. There are stairs but these were not difficult to access.

I wished i would have had more time - I will be going back and hope to lodge here once again.

The accommodations were modern, extremely modern and exceptionally clean. It was very well laid out and perfectly place to convenient and easy parking as well as the historic part of Colmar. It was also very quiet. The owner met us a bit after we arrived and was so helpful. The guest book on the living room table was extremely thorough. We traveled throughout europe for two weeks and rented rooms in two chateaus and 3 Air B&B's and this property and experience was the absolute best. I hope to return for the X-Mas markets.

All rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen and toilets also have new equipment and clean as well. Location also is perfect for us, near the centre. And owner were very kind. It’s complete satisfy for our two family.

Everything was perfect

The property was magnificent well planned and had everything you needed. it was very modern excellent comfy bed and great shower. We were there 3 nights and ate out but the lichen had a microwave and cooktop if you wanted to stay in. The Main Street was only 100 metres away we put our car in the garage and walked everywhere. would definitely stay there again

This property is simply beautiful, it is perfectly located in the centre of Colmar but on a quiet street. The standard of accommodation is incredibly high, very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms but also very well equipped with coffee machine, washer and dryer and full kitchen.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Colmar and if you’re fortunate enough to stay during the Christmas period, as we were, the Christmas markets are on your doorstep. There are many restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby, however, the very well equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own meals if you desire. There are several supermarkets minutes away. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is plenty of room for the whole family with a smart tv with Netflix for you to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The washing machine and tumble dryer came in very handy. The host met us on arrival and was fabulous, showing us through the apartment and making suggestions.public transport is nearby which allows you to easily visit nearby villages and travel to the train station for day trips to Strasbourg, Basel, Djon etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

We couldn't fault anything!

My husband and I were lucky enough to have a few nights in La Petite Venise (The Loft) and it was nothing short of wonderful. Not only are Mr et Mme Pascal fantastic hosts they have created a sanctuary in Colmar. In this brilliant use of space everything is very new, extremely clean with fantastic amenities and a bed and bath that I'll be dreaming about for the rest of our trip. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was new, spacious and beautiful. The furnishings were very high quality, and bedding comfortable. The checkin was very well organized with the owner, who answered questions about the apartment and area and personal suggestions on places to eat, see and wine tasting areas. the location of the property was excellent. Very walkable to the top locations in the Colmar center. the owners were very charming and gave us a bottle of quality sparkling white wine from Alsace.

Everything was just amazing and even it exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Мr. et Mme Pascal's advices, we succeeded to visit a different and nice places, restaurants and wine producers. This p;ace really is one of the best, which we ever visit. all furnishings and equipment are first class. It was so kind for us to be wellcome from our our lovely hosts with a bottle of Cremant...what a nice gesture. All the details in the apartment was just in very high level, without any remarks. The comfort of all of us was guaranteed. When we will turn back in Colmar again, we will stay in your beautiful gites, for sure.

Lovely hotel, well equipped for a family. The hotel located in a quiet street close to all of the restaurants and stores in the center of Colmar. The Hotel management hospitality was remarkable!!! I really hope to visit there again!!!

Not all units have air conditioning, be sure to read the facilities carefully. However, our hosts quickly got us fans which had cooling mist and we were comfortable.

newly renovated with new appliances & very comfortable beds. Fantastic location, get out and explore old town Colmar a few steps away. Hanane & Sylvain are great hosts and even gave us tips for where to eat & wine tastings.

It would have been better to have been sent the door codes in advance. I had emailed and filled in their form. We had to wait in the rain for the owner to arrive and give us the codes.
