Everything! This hotel is amazing! Unfortunately we could just stay for one night but it was incredible. Audrey was so nice and gave us many recommendations, they helped us book in a very special place and made us feel at home. Also the view from the terrace is amazing and don’t miss breakfast, it was delicious and really cozy and special.

My room, and maybe it was just my room, was particularly dark (I mean absence of natural light) and a little small Although there are only 7 rooms and the staff is quiet, one can hear a lot from his/her room (from the staircase or above the head) A little pricey for what it is - for now

The hotel has a tiny lobby that does not offer much in the way of amenities, and there is no restaurant or bar, so socializing opportunities.

The hotel features beautifully designed rooms and a truly friendly, attentive staff. The room is unusual, as it has a bathtub in the sleeping space and a tiny bathroom off the bedroom. There is a handheld shower head in the tub, which is quite luxurious. For those who want a quiet stylish room, the hotel is an attractive option.

We wish we could have stayed a few days longer.

Beautifully and tastefully styled, this boutique hotel is perfectly situated in Bordeaux city center. The staff was lovely, we received personalized restaurant recommendations and the staff took great care of our family. The in-house made breakfast each morning was prepared with precision, from serving delicious and seasonal fruit to preparing small cakes in the afternoon for the "gouter", each aspect of the hotel and our stay was extremely enjoyable.

We had the suite but I would expect a suite to have two rooms. This was just one room with a bathtub in the middle and a pokey toilet - not overly great.

Staff were amazing. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and just overall really lovely. Room decor and location was also great.

The location of this small boutique hotel was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the decor was beautiful and the shower was brilliant. The owner Francois and his staff Gladys, Audrey and Estelle were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and Francois was happy to provide food to suit our likes and needs.

This is a very small boutique hotel and the room is beautiful but I would have preferred to have had a bit more room in the loo - which was housed in what was effectively a tiny cupboard..!

Had a really wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff are so the friendly, they are truly the most helpful staff I have ever had in a hotel. The decor of the hotel and rooms is so beautiful, I loved it! Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Bordeaux.

Roof top for breakfast was delicious. View from view top was spectacular. Hosts were delightful. Chef prepared a varied menu. Rooms were cozy quiet and themed. I was pleased with location.

I lost an earring behind a bench and unfortunately it wasn't possible to retrieve it.

The terrace is fantastic as was the breakfast with the homemade yogurt. The staff were also extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were extremely well thought through and had nice style.
