Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgA few issues on the first day - flies in the room, TV didn't work, couldn't get food at the rooftop bar, room service had a different menu exceptionally that night, called to book the spa and they booked us for 6:45 - but when we got there the spa closed at 7. Spa needs an upgrade (and maybe some better instructions for the swimwear requirements as many other guests were confused (swimwear needed in pool/steam room, naked + towel in Sauna).
Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a rough start - the first room we were given wasn't a twin. So we were swapped to another room which was also not made up as a twin - so they sent housekeeping to change the beds. Then the TV didn't work so we were again swapped to another room. They were very kind/helpful/apologetic. Everything from this point on was smooth sailing.

I regret every penny spent on this place and especially for the breakfast. Rude staff that speaks to you in French even when you address them in English.

United KingdomStunning hotel with the best view of the Old Port in Marseille. The hotel is beautiful and modern, it has 2/3 restaurants and a cocktail bar on the rooftop. The rooms are spacious and decorated wonderfully, the beds are the comfiest hotel beds I've stayed in. The staff were friendly and attentive, we also ate at the Bistro and the food was exquisite, the breakfast is not to be missed either.

The Spa facilities are excellent and the property is a perfect location - 5 mins away from the local beach There are a range of room types and I had the opportunity to try out a few during my stay. For perfect views and private terrace space I would recommend the Terrace port view rooms The staff are attentive, friendly and have a great standard of service
