Better could have been a longer stay!

Very nice stay. The position on map is pretty good, close to Gare de l'Est and 20 minutes walk to Chatelet. Rooms are not very big, but still bigger than in most hotels around, and you have everything you need: very good bed, excellent wi-fi connection, beautiful TV set with programs, socket near to bed, electric kettle, minibar and enough space for your clothes. Very nice people at the Reception, always ready to help! Thank you very much! We will be back more then once in the next months!

Small rooms, elevator for only two persons. Breakfest is modest. The staff does not regularly fill the containers with eaten food, sometimes there is no glass, fork or spoon or you have to ask the staff to bring it. It should be better service for that price and 3 star hotel.

Location is very good, it is near by few metro station and train station.

The room was super small, just enough to enter and go to bed. No space for sitting, having a bite or walking around, no chairs whatsoever. The whole place is small and a bit claustrophobic.

The hotel is nicely located near a metro station and the main city attractions. The room was clean and neat, staff is nice and friendly and allowed us to leave our bags as long as we need to.

Room was small and didn't have good sound proof as I could listen the people from the other room but that's the case in most hotels in Paris..

The stuff at the reception desk was very friendly and polite, helping me and my mother with any information we needed. Sergio and Toufik proposed us authentic places to visit for sightseeing and dinner and welcomed us every time with good energy and a smile! The location of the hotel is ideal, surrounded by many train stations, in a very beautiful neighborhood!

Cleanliness lacked. Room was dusty and the entire place is quite old. Could use some renovation. City tax is higher for 3 star hotels, but it didn’t feel like 3 stars. We arrived there around 2.30 and we were told to come back in an hour even though the checkin was supposed to happen at 3. No way of an early checkin. The man at the reception was not very accommodating either. Not a welcoming feeling at all.

strange smell after the room service. i didnt understand the source, because there wasnt any smell in the bathroom on the first day of my stay.

Bed wasn’t fully clean, i don’t know if stains were more permanent wear and tear or if it wasn’t washed properly. Warning: you will be charged for stuff in the minibar, this wasn’t made fully clear during our visit.

Very friendly staff. Sergio in particular was very kind and a great help. Very nice shower room.

There isn't much to be negative about, just very minor things. The room was quite cold (but the extra duvets, as I've mentioned already, helped a lot). The lift is unable to take heavy loads so my husband (a bigger guy) and I couldn't use the lift together at the same time. Last thing was that the walls were very thin so sometimes we heard other people. However these were not a big problem.

The hotel was very clean, with room service every day. The room was a good size, and the bed was really big and very comfortable. Location was within walking distance of 2 metro stations, and a very close bus stop, so that was very convenient. As it was December we did make use of the extra duvets in the wardrobe - they were very useful. The reception staff was very friendly also, and the WiFi worked perfectly.

The hotel is very well located ,short walk from the main train station and multiple metro stations . A pleasant walk to many restaurants / bars and our favourite area of Rue Montorgueil. The staff make this hotel what it is .. so accommodating and helpful especially Toufik . Since I was there for my bday and our wedding anniversary they were kind enough to upgrade us to a superior room with bubbles and chocolate. The superior room though compact is very clean and had a large bright bathroom with a bath tub . Will recommend staying in this value for money hotel

Unfortunately one of the towels on arrival was stained with foundation/fake tan but this was replaced the next day. Otherwise very clean.

The room was a little small

The location was great, close to Gare du Nord and to Metro Station Chateau d'Eau. The room was clean, comfy bed, nice and clean bathroom. Wifi worked with no problems at all. Bakeries, Supermarkets (Lidl, Franprix) and the covered markethall Saint-Quentin all within a short walking distance. And not to forget the staff, which was so friendly and helpful (especially Toufik). We will be back for sure.

A tad dated but excellent value as a result!

The location was great, more of a neighbourhood feel. Walking distance to Canal St Martin and metro stations. Comfy beds, nice bathroom and plentiful pastries!
