What a lovely hotel withing walking distance of the Pont du Gar. The property was charming, clean and convenient. Dinner at the on site restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast the next morning. The best part of our experience was the helpful and charming Guilluam, who went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. I highly recommend a stay at this charming spot.

It felt rather strange being the only guests at the hotel, the positive being we had lots of attention..and I guess the season is coming to an end.

The room was modern and spotless..Our host Guillaume was friendly and accommodating.. We were arriving late and he made sure we had the correct details to enter the hotel and room. The hotel is the closest to Pont du Gard, just a few minutes walk away. and saves having to pay for parking there. We were able to check out past the normal time no problem as we spent longer than anticipated at the bridge,you could spend hours at the site and along the river bu unfortunately we had to move on.. I am sure once the renovation is complete the hotel will be even better.

Having to leave !

Wow, this was our first stay at the newly refurbished Soko Hotel, and certainly won't be our last. Great location (less than 10mins walk from the Unesco Pont du Gard), wonderful air conditioned bedroom and en-suite (with a large walk-in shower), and excellent food. Friendly staff, including a very hospitable owner. Just perfect.

Guillaume, the owner was great. He arranged restaurant bookings for us when his was closed, nothing was too much trouble. Quickly sussed I like a cold beer when returning after a day out and my preferred seat. Him and all his staff were so friendly we extended our stay. The hotel is lovely, very clean, luxurious and in great condition. It's location is excellent, easy walk to pont du arc. Dead end road so no traffic noise, yet easy to get to. We're already planning our next visit.

There is no elevator to the 1st floor which may be a problem for some when carrying heavy luggage, but there are rooms at the ground floor and staff is ready to help. A mini bar in the room would have been a significant Improvement

Location is great, with a short driving distance to many nice towns, wineries and within walking distance from the Pont di Gard bridge and park and the Gardon river park. The room was spacious and very comfortable, quite and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (for example - the owner called us before the check in to help us find a place for dinner). The property has a nice authentic vibe.

The bathroom lacked good lighting, with the switch outside the sliding door and no night light inside so really not convenient at night without waking up the other person in the room.

The hotel is nicely located very close to the Pont du Gard (not even 10min by foot), is very clean and comfortable, and the hotel manager is very friendly and knowledgeable.

It is placed in a very nice location, has new and shiny rooms, great swimming pool and we had also lovely breakfast. Staff was very helpful and gave us important tips about Pont du Guard and restaurants around. Thank you a lot for the pleasant stay.

Had to leave. Our stay was too short!

Hotel / Restaurant owner was present and willing to help at all times. Traditional French manor extensively renovated with all the modern amenities ( beds, bathroom, TV, WI-FI…etc). Great restaurant with indoor and outdoors dining. Also a swimming pool. 500 meters from the entrance of the Pont Du Gard. Centrally located in the heart of the French Provence.

No elevator, uneasy stairs. Bedroom with no wardrobe, just a rod bar to hang clothes. No appropriate lighting for desk and bathroom. Bed cover suited to freezing temperature, totally unappropriate for the date. The whole room feels unwelcoming. 10 minutes walk to Pont du Gard is a very optimistic statement.

Reception manned by the cook, kind and effective but odd to see as the in the desert building . The restaurant was not open the night of my stay, t breakfast was quite satisfactory, so the cook as such knows his job. Bathroom fixtures were new and shining, excellent towels. Easy parking.
