The curtains are transparent and I got the sunshine every morning. Not a bad way to wake up tho.

Love the style of the room and the beddings! One of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows I’ve ever slept.

The elevators won't allow for 2 people even though max weight wasn't reached yet.

Great location, very near the train station so can easily travel to and from the airport/city centre, close proximity to the beach/promenade.

Not much, we had a great stay. The check-in is a bit late (4pm), considering the check-out is 11am, but unfortunately, most hotels are the same.

Great location, close to the tram, right in front of the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores around. The hotel room view was fantastic, and as expected from the photos. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the blind was great to keep it dark in the morning. Tons of natural light. The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee. We were able to store our bags before the check-in time, staff was very friendly.

If you arrive earlier, there are lockers where you can leave your luggage, spacious room with a large room and large and bright windows, balcony with three chairs, coffee and tea at the reception, the staff explained everything to us at check-in and, the location near the beach and transport

The stay was excellent, but there was confusion regarding the booking because of scam messages before arriving at the place, but the property made up for it.

Everything was wonderful. The room had a great view out to the sea and to the city, mountains. The room had a coffee machine, and a fridge which were very convenient. There was plenty of fresh air during the night thanks to the big balcony windows you could open.

The only real negative was the location, in that it was on an extremely busy junction which made it very noisy and fumey from very early in the morning until late at night.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location had its pluses and minuses.The pluses being that it was a very short walk from the tram stop, beach and a large range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Nothing really except front desk presence seemed limited so not sure how an emergency would be dealt with but there probably is a plan .

Price ,location, facilities in room. How it works. Basically no maid service -DIY. However I am sure that if there was an issue it would be sorted. Had one query which was answered immediately. Loved the concept.

Whilst the accommodation is good but basic. John who works at Yelo was simply brilliant. From his communication prior to checking in to when i arrived. John was professional and knowledgeable of the area, who was able to recommend places to visit which i had missed out! It's a good 20-25min walk to Nice Old Town along the Promenade Des Anglais which is a lovely walk. Room size is good, the balcony is spacious with a lovely view of the sea.

The coffee machine on the G floor

The location was perfect. Not far from the airport and the city center. Stunning sea view.

The floors. The fact that after 1-2 days the floors become dirty and there is no way to clean them. Adding a broom in the room or any other mean of cleaning would be good.

Location. Room is big enough. The remote check-in, check-out and even the no cleaning policy were OK.
