We may have eaten more often at the hotel but not a great variety available. We had platter starter and extras, including chips, prawns and onion rings etc, rather than a meal and it worked out well for us! Breakfast - again, we would have eaten but pricey, especially for kids. Shower often ran hot and cold. We managed. My only complaint would be the shuttle coming home after visiting the Disney parks. We found catching the 9pm was ideal, any later was an absolute nightmare! People pushing without a care for anybody else. We found the English VERY friendly, others not so much, especially when it came to queues! The French don't know how to queue which was plain rude given we all had children with us.

We stayed here in May for 4 nights to experience Disneyland, Paris. From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and always happy to help! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Beds were amazing! We had a room above reception and the view was sweet overlooking the little pond area with the ducks. These were loud (more so on a morning) but we were fine with that. Nice little kitchen with the essentials. We brought cereals and coffee from home to save spending extra whilst we were there so we grabbed breakfast before catching the shuttle to Disneyland. Reception area, again, very clean. Better than we expected! Alcohol pricey but we expected that to be the case. Cute little shop at the entrance with snacks etc which was a nice addition (card payment only though!) We only used the pool once, extremely cold but my 8 year old daughter and I loved it nevertheless! Restaurant was canny. Pricey again but, again, we expected that. Good service, friendly staff! Kid’s arcade play zone was good. Machines to pay for tokens. The pool table and football table was a nice addition to reception too! Shuttle was every 15 minutes from 8:30am up to 11am which was good. Always on time. Overall, 10/10!

The ducks around were a good sight.But every where we went the poo was a nuisance.specially wen the kids got their shoes messed with the poo. Also the backyard grass was full of bird poo so children could not utilize properly.Something has to be done of this situation.

No major issues at all. The shuttle to Disney was great but as expected very crowded on return journeys (but that was the same for all the hotel shuttles). Alcohol served in the hotel a tad overpriced but you could purchase some in the little shop at reception at a lesser cost to bring to your room! TV in room did not have many engliah speaking channels, although smart tvs, they didnt have the likes of Disney+ or Netflix whixh would have been a nice touch.

Our room was perfect, great location looking out to the pool on ground floor with a lovely small terrace that we could have breakfast on or enjoy a coffee which was lovely. Our room had all the facilities we needed as travelling with an 8 & 1 year old and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The heated pool was amazing with towels available. Ordered pizzas from the hotel which were lovely and had ubereats deliver on another night.

Crowded shuttle bus.

Nice hotel, clean, and we had a pool view. Ideal for us as we stayed for 1 night before heading to Disneyland Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle bus to visit the Disney Village in the evening. Unfortunately, the shuttle back was extremely busy (this was at 7.40pm), and dangerous as too many people wanted to get on it. I really think more buses are needed. Overall, it was a nice hotel and good for 1 night before Disney, but the shuttle bus would put me off using it for a longer stay, which is a shame.

Hotel felt clean and spacious, lovely ponds and fields around it. Shuttle bus was perfect for going to and from DisneyLand. Supermarket 5min walk away which was handy. Would happily stay again if we returned!

Perfect location if you want to go to Disneyland Paris. Free bus shuttle from/to hotel/Disney. Room was super clean and exceptional for the entire family, also with a kitchenette. You have a supermarket in a 10/15 walking distance if you to buy & cook your own food. Friendly hotel staff. It was a fantastic experience, we'll definitely come back!

The restaurant could have been bigger for evening meals, there was a lot of us, so hard to fit us in, the staff went above and beyond to get us in for a meal, with a bit of a wait they did it.

It was all I was expecting, clean comfortable, easy access to Disneyland via the shuttle, staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The only downside was the restaurant wasn't very big, our group being very large couldn't get us all in, but after a bit of a wait the staff worked very hard to get us in the food was very good.

The facilities were as described on the website. All very clean and roomy l. The breakfast was very good a large selection of things to choose from. The shuttle bus was very regular and a 5 minute ride.
