they did not have conditioner in the rooms! what are women supposed to do - I had to go buy before taking a shower 🙄 I mentioned this to the concierge and he could not care less… good hotel just a silly detail that they need to fix!

I completed the online check in the day prior but still had to “check in” again. It didn’t speed anything up plus slow check in process. Breakfast was expensive (18 euro) and was not worth it. Only stayed for one night so we figured we try it. Would skip it next time.

Our room (family of 5) was perfect for us. Comfortable and can’t beat cold AC in Europe. Facilities were clean and centrally located. Will come back when visiting Paris in the future.

Mostly I enjoyed this hotel, the only reason i gave it an 8 and rated the rooms a tiny bit lower because the shower tempreture was hard to control, gets hot and cold super fast ( depends on how many ppl are showering around I guess). And you get hear the hallway way too good and sometimes the people in the next rooms.

Overall it's a great hotel, staff members are really nice and helpful, very central location and has lots of nice places nearby, beds were comfy, room was clearned daily, and everything worked just fine.

Most bad point in this hotel is pellows were small size and totally not comfortable for sleeping. I asked to change them to big size like normal hotels, but they said dont have.

Location is not far from Arc Square, room i booked was big space, bathroom was clean, coffee machine, bed was comfortable. Lights was enough for normal day

the service was inconsistent. on somedays it was great , on some not so much. for eg: we struggled for 3 days to order breakfast in the morning ..and once when we ordered food in at night, it was delivered to the room, on other days had to go pick it up from the reception..

Cool design, comfy beds, in overall good rooms, very clean and comfortable. The facilities of the hotel are very good. The location is excellent. Good breakfast, 5 minutes walk from the metro, 10 minutes from the arc.

It is about 10 min far from the nearest Metro, which maybe not so easy for a family trip with kids and big luggages at hand.

The room was too hot, no view apart from the office. The smoke alarm was constantly flashing in the ceiling, so you can’t get a proper sleep. I complained and the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. We exchanged the room.
