Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI completed the online check in the day prior but still had to “check in” again. It didn’t speed anything up plus slow check in process. Breakfast was expensive (18 euro) and was not worth it. Only stayed for one night so we figured we try it. Would skip it next time.
Our room (family of 5) was perfect for us. Comfortable and can’t beat cold AC in Europe. Facilities were clean and centrally located. Will come back when visiting Paris in the future.

IsraelMostly I enjoyed this hotel, the only reason i gave it an 8 and rated the rooms a tiny bit lower because the shower tempreture was hard to control, gets hot and cold super fast ( depends on how many ppl are showering around I guess). And you get hear the hallway way too good and sometimes the people in the next rooms.
Overall it's a great hotel, staff members are really nice and helpful, very central location and has lots of nice places nearby, beds were comfy, room was clearned daily, and everything worked just fine.
