Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. The hotel is very clean and fresh, located only a few minutes' walk from the central station and the town center. I arrived early in the morning and couldn't check in as the room wasn't ready. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They offered me coffee, water, and a place to change. When I finally checked in, I was delighted to find a chocolate bunny on my bed, as it was Easter weekend. Later that day, I wanted to attend a football match, and one of the staff members, Soraya, went absolutely out of her way to help me book the tickets. If the management of this hotel is reading this review, Soraya deserves a huge pay rise.

The tea didn’t taste good (maybe was the kettle that had any cleaning substance that then passed to the water).

The location is excellent and the staff nice! The water was always available to fill in our own bottles or the ones from the hotel, which is very convenient (and ecological).

I didnt like the paper cups instead of mugs or glasses, it's not sustainable and not healthy. it would be so easy to improve this and choose better solutions for humans and our environment.

Perfect location to explore Strasbourg, especially if arriving by train. Nice breakfast, friendly personnel, room is small but sufficient for a short stay.

The location is not too far from both the train station and the old town. The hotel is very nice. They offer water station with refill bottle. The room is little bit small but I can make it work. Lots of storages, shelves and wardrobe for your belonging. The room and bathroom is clean and bright. The breakfast is really nice. Love that they have orange juice machine.

I have to say this hotel is so wonderful!! Its location is just a 5 min walk from the train station and so close to the old town. From here one can easily reach the beautiful town. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The service is great!!! The breakfast was also lovely. I really have nothing to complain!! Would definitely stay here again next time!!! Thanks again for this wonderful experience!!

There are many hotels close to the station and this is a safe bet! Walking distance to the station. Easy. Easy check in and room small but cosy for 1 person. Nice to have a kettle in the room. Mercure is trying to be sustainable and this is a positive step. Nice to have water in the lobby (bring a flask),, coffee and there is even a small gym. Breakfast was good with freshly squeezed orange juice. My TV wasn't working and lady in reception helped immediately and offered a new room. Room was quiet. Will stay again!

Perfect location to explore the old town and it’s also just a few minutes away from the train station. Our room was facing the backyard and it was very quiet. Nice room overall (even though pretty small). Comfy bed and there was even one softer and one harder pillow for each person which was really nice!

TV program selection was very limited. Surprised there was not access to a better selection of programs in English. A further walk to the center of the old town than we had expected.

The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything looked like it had been built that morning. Room very nicely appointed, very comfortable, quiet, etc. Breakfast buffet was superb in both scope and exception. Staff unfailingly helpful at all times. I'd come again. I'd come tomorrow.

Toilet was crammed next to the wall. Had to put towel between me and cold tile.

Modern, clean, incredible location. Close to train station 5min walk. 10min walk to all the sites.
