Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Saudi ArabiaHowever, prospective guests should note the slight inconvenience regarding parking. On-site parking isn't available, and we had to resort to using a nearby car park approximately 80m away. The cost for this external parking came to around $90 for our 3-day stay, but you can arrange long term parking for $150 for a week or if you wish, just park slightly further, for a bit less.
Our stay at Sous Les Toits de St. Tropez was nothing short of remarkable. Though compact in size, the apartment was designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. What struck us most was the attention to detail – every appliance and piece of equipment you might need was thoughtfully provided. Our host's hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Not only did he personally welcome us at the apartment, but he also generously shared recommendations on attractions and local spots worth visiting. This advice proved invaluable as we navigated our way through St. Tropez. Speaking of location, this apartment is a gem nestled in the very heart of the town. Every morning, we found ourselves surrounded by countless charming restaurants and enticing shopping options, capturing the essence of St. Tropez's vibrant culture.

The location of this property is phenomenal! Right in the centre of everything and easy to walk to anywhere you would want to go. The room has everything you need, the bed is super comfortable and the host was lovely. We will definitely be visiting again.

RomaniaNothing. Just FYI, the building is old so it doesn't have an elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
Everything. The apartment is exactly like in the photos, very pretty, sunny and cozy, located very close to the Parc de Lices, and vis a vis from the Dior restaurant (yes, restaurant) and between Dior Men and other brand shop. This is all to say it has a perfect location. We had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Saint Tropez.
