New , very clean , nice facility . Room had a terrace opening onto an inner courtyard. Good bakery and bar located a couple of blocks away . Short walk into town along a cycle path next to the hotel .

When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working in our room and there were a few other minor issues. The hotel manager worked with us the next morning to find a solution (changed rooms in this case as they couldn't get a technician in). The staff was so lovely and really worked hard to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Good location because we can easily reach all the important places to visit nearby in the region. Big room. Across the street we can park our car free of charge. Simple breakfast but cheap and good. As all the hotels in the area are very expensive, this one is really good for value money.

The suite was not well soundproofed. I was lucky that it was relatively calm but when people arrived/left or closed cupboard doors upstairs and next door it was very loud.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the kitchenette was well equipped. The extra blankets were great and needed.

Checking in with a car matters in the front door. Because I need to park the car in the front door temporarily, and then get the key or code in reception desk. If possible, I want to get the car parking entrance code in advance by text message.

The stuff of this hotel is very nice, friendly and kind. I feel welcomed in this hotel. The room is large and all the appliances are exited in the room. The parking lot is very large for any size car but be careful with the entrance.

Nothing - all was perfect.

Our apartment was spotless, also had a kitchenette complete with fridge and microwave. The WiFi was very fast and stable. The breakfast was very good. The parking lot is secured by a gate, is quite big and also has a lot of covered parking spaces - which turned out quite useful since it was raining when we arrived. The staff is competent and friendly, and all rooms are accessible by elevators.

No soundproofing. I could hear people walking past my room at all hours and the light doors did not soften any noises from the corridors. Low amenities: Soap bottles in bathroom were empty, the in-room phone to call reception was not connected and had nowhere to be connected.
